Poor notification prior to visit and questionable

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don’t think this will come as news to anyone who has waited for an installation service to arrive, but we received no prior notice to the installation visit other than a 7 AM phone call informing me that the crew will be at my house in 30 minutes. When they arrived, they found a “breaker issue” which would not allow the power to be cut to the existing dishwasher. After convincing my wife to spend $175 to install an outlet underneath the sink, which was done using hot wires, the breaker issue was mysteriously resolved. Could all of this have been real circumstances? It’s possible. However, there’s no evidence that there was an issue at this point. They could’ve just advised my wife to turn off the main breaker to the entire house while they did their work, but instead, I have an extra charge for an outlet that I’m not even sure that I need. My wife said the crew was pleasant, and acted very respectfully during the visit.
