It was very easy to order this service when I ordered my new dishwasher. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication when they delivered the dishwasher and went to do the installation. The valve connecting the water to the dishwasher was difficult to turn and the installer told me I didn't have a way to turn off the water. I understood that to mean there was no valve so they left the dishwasher in my dining room until I had that fixed. I called the plumber and they said I did have the valve so they came to install and then said it wasn't repaired. After another trip by the plumber who replaced the shut off valve I was finally able to reschedule the install successfully. Unfortunately, there was almost a one month delay between the delivery and the installation so that's why I only gave it 4 stars. If you order this make sure your valve works correctly BEFORE scheduling the work to avoid this problem.

The initial dishwasher installed was faulty and did not make it through the complete cycle. Best Buy sent the Field Manager out and he personally took care of ordering and installing the replacement. They followed up and made sure we were happy with the Geek Squad and their service. Unit works great and seems to be worth the money.

i would have usually installed this my self but with my recent health i decided to pay for them to install. The previous dishwasher was installed incorrectly . The install guy Rick did an amazing job and fixed the problems. He took his time and cleaned up afterwards. I am so glad i paid someone else to do this.

Our installer was fantastic. We had ordered a dishwasher to replace the broken one in our house. He went the extra mile when things were a little snug and managed to get everything in nice and clean. Couldn’t be happier with the install.

Install was quick and painless. Would have been nice if they walked through the different cycles - but seems easy enough to figure out.

Washer was installed properly but they neglected to do the door reversal and just switched the washer and dryer.

Seems good. Something odd about the dishwasher is O can't see the settings which are on top unless I open the dishwasher itself. However, I like its quiet operation and in general, I am very please with this purchase and this item.

We were very impressed with the Best Buy installers. We set our install date for a week after we purchased it to accommodate our schedule. We got a call a day before reminding us of the install, as well as emails. We got called when they were within a half hour from our home. They were right on time. Very professional installation, they were very careful removing the old dishwasher and bringing in the new one. When finished they reviewed how to use it. Impressed!

Definitely recommend BestBuy to keep considering these guys for installations. They go above and beyond. Other contractors have told me they weren't hired to remove my exisiting appliances. Dishwasher wasn't fitting correctly, and this gentleman went to his truck and got the tools he needed and did a custom install to fit my dishwasher perfectly. Any other contractor would have said "sorry, too bad".

As much as I consider myself a handy man, there was no way I was going to try and install a dishwasher on my own. Luckily for me, Best Buy was offering a promotion which included free installation on all Kitchenaid appliances. That made my decision that much easier. In addition, it also included free delivery, and free haul away. The geek squad installer was on time, very friendly and very professional. He did a great job on the install, and did a flawless job. I highly recommend taking advantage of this offer!

T&J Remodeling provided the installation service for my new dishwasher. When they came out they discovered that some electrical work needed to be addressed before they could install the dishwasher. They gave me their card and had me call them direct to install dishwasher after electric issue was corrected. They were very speedy to come back out when I called, very professional, made sure everything was working and fit properly and cleaned up after themselves. Definite 5 star service!

The installers made it look easy. The fit was perfect and install nicely placed under the counter. It looks and works great!

Always have a trained professional install no headaches and if something goes wrong Best Buy fixes the problem. Very fast I might add.

Love the smudge proof stainless steel. Dishwasher nice and quiet—does good job washing dishes—drying mediocre but I just finish hand drying the few items not dry. Not too fond of hidden control panel but it works

The 2 installers were here close to the scheduled time and took less than an hour to remove the old dishwasher unit and install the new one. Fortunately the installment kit had everything that was needed for the installation. So far no problems.

Installers ouf the new dishwasher were excellent and also a lot less expensive than getting the local plumber in - in fact, he told us that! Old dishwasher was hauled away at the same time, so the process was seamless. We also got a call asking how things went.

First dishwasher has a defective pump, flooded my basement. Still waiting for claim to be processed (since 6/22/20 - It is now 8/29/20) BUT replacement dishwasher was installed on 7/13/20 and has been perfect! Quiet, cleans well and Best Buy assistant manager, Lenny was a great facilitator. Ariel in escalations department was with me every step of the way. Would definitely recomend this dishwasher!

Workers were polite, knowledgeable and kind. They made sure the dishwasher install was up to code & made sure it ran properly without leaking prior to leaving.
