I was extremely disappointed with the dishwasher install. And we weren't able to get any help through Total Tech when we complained. It was like a maze of phone calls and representatives and still no help. We had the dishwasher installed through Best Buy and the installers knocked the u-bend under my sink loose and sideways. So I ended up with water all under my sink and on my hardwood floor and under my cabinet. I couldn't get to any water that leaked under my cabinet and my cabinet has water marks from the leak. And during the install process, one of the installers had to tell the other one to go back under the sink to actually finish it properly because he hadn't. And still they messed up and caused such a mess and leak. When we called the 3rd or 4th time they said the 3rd party installer marked down that they came back out and repaired it, which they never did. Which we informed Total Tech about. No help. I am just disgusted. I have figured out that the Total Tech when it is Geek Squad is wonderful. When it is a phone call to general Total Tech support, awful. I can't have Best Buy install anything again if this is what I will get.

Four, yes four different teams and four different trips and four delays to install the new dishwasher. The first trip identified an electrical need. Electrician called, connection updated. Bill paid. Next installation team comes, now there’s a problem with the shut off “corroded”. They couldn’t have looked at everything the first time? Plumber called. He gives the valve a couple of wiggles, works fine. No leaking. We say “you’re already here, replace it so there’s not a problem again”, shut off replaced. Bill paid. Third team arrives. Oh, no, not to install, this is the team to pick up the old dishwasher. That. Is. Still. Installed. Very kind gentleman who tells me he will speak with someone to compensate us for the inconvenience and checks that, yes, the actual installation is scheduled for the next day. Third installation team arrives. And installs the dishwasher. Hallelujah!! Oops, nope, not completely and not straight. Another call and another wait for the fourth and, apparently, the ‘A team’ for a complete, final, secure and straight installation. Thank you for finally sending Raoul & Rafael, you guys are the best!
