The installation of my Kitchenaid Dishwasher was originally installed by Elliotts incorrectly so my door was catching the bottom plate and wasn’t opening all the way. I requested the company come back and they reinstalled and it works perfectly. I will say that trying to schedule with Best Buy through the Geek Squad was a nightmare and I would think twice about ever buying coverage through Geek Squad. Guy was hateful, scheduled an appointment at the wrong address and sent me a bill for $109 and never suggested I should talk to another dept since my original installation was four days before. Ultimately, the Customer Service of Best Buy helped me. Boo to you Geek Squad!!! My ratings are for the Elliotts Installation company not Geek Squad.

This was used to professionally install my dishwasher. Everything was installed properly and works great. The installer was very knowledgeable. My only concern is the moldy smell that is lingering still inside after only two uses. I don't know if this has to do with its installation or the brand.

I did a lot of research before I purchased my new kitchenaid dishwasher. I wanted a dishwasher that received great reviews, cleaned the dishes well and was very quiet. I have purchased many dishwashers over the years because I moved several times. This dishwasher is the best dishwasher I have ever had. It cleans so well and it is so quiet, I can’t even tell it is on. Jake and Mike did a great job installing the dishwasher too.

The installer was knowledgeable and professional. Went above and beyond a "normal" install.

First...asking me to review an 'item', when it is the 'act' or 'effort' of installation is inaccurate. I will start by writing that everyone involved with the installation was very nice. But the organization of the effort to exchange my new dishwasher due to some problems with the one I purchased initially was almost funny. Apparently exchange involved 2 departments. One oversees the 'pick up', but is not qualified to detach the hose etc. for removal, the other the delivery and installation of the replacement. But for 2 efforts, no one could detach, deliver and install and pick up, unless the detachment and removal had been done first. So it eventually took 3 efforts and quite a bit of inconvenience to me to get it done. I will repeat, everyone involved were nice and expert at what they did, but confusion reigned for a few days. I am happy to say my replacement dishwasher is working very well. And I love to try to tell this story to friends but even the story is confusing.

We bought a dishwasher from Lowe's in the beginning of May and couldn't find a reasonable estimate to install it from scratch (its called a "virgin install). So I found BestBuy's services on HomeAdvisor.com, and scheduled for them to come out to do an estimate. They did, it was reasonable, but when I called to schedule the install, they said that the dishwasher had to be purchased from Best Buy, which I was never told originally. So we took it back to Lowe's and repurchased from Best Buy, scheduled the install. It was delivered and was damaged so was taken back. Then scheduled again but they hadn't allotted the correct amount of time to do the total install so they were supposed to call me back but never did. A week went by and I called 3 times to reschedule. Finally did, 2 MONTHS after I originally bought it. The work was done by J&D Contractors, and was excellent. Very satisfied with the work. However, the process to just get the work done was stressful and inconvenient. I was also charged an install fee of $150 from Best Buy, but also paid the total estimate I received to the contractor directly. So I paid Best Buy for work that they didn't do.

Went back to Whirlpool after a few years of Bosch. Runs quiet. I love the hidden buttons, no chance of bumping into them unintentionally. Numerous cycles to choose from depending on the amount of dishes and dirt. Not fond of the stainless but I picked it. Not the machine's fault.

Technicians showed up right on time. They quickly and efficiently installed the dishwasher.

Very very quite dishwasher. Third rack is a bit over rated. Have to remove it for tall glasses like tumblers to fit. So far the dishes have come out very clean. Can't usually even tell that it is running except for a small blue LED that is on.,turns white when done with a quiet chime when complete. Door has a solid feel and a a nice solid latching mechanism. The handle is solid and handy as a towel bar. All and all pretty satisfied.

Definitely an upgrade from my previous dishwasher. This one does a great job and is extremely quiet.

The two men here to install the dishwasher were extremely personable, polite and experienced. They were constantly concerned with protection for the dishwasher and the surroundings in our home. They got it right the first time (no leaks and correct operation). They were very patient in explaining the operation and controls. They cleaned any packaging debris and even cleaned fingerprints on the dishwasher, It was a pleasure to have the here.

Your customer service is awful. The dishwasher is wonderful. Installation was a 10. But the struggle to obtain the dishwasher was completely unacceptable!

Installation company representatives called to let me know they were coming. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They were quiet, as I was working from home, and tested the installation before they left.

They were here on time and very efficient. Went right to work. Found one screw after they left that had fallen out of cabinet. Clean and fast. Tested everything and made sure there were no leaks. Did a wonderful job.

Super quiet and the Crystal Dry feature is well worth the money! Highly recommend!

The team was on time, and performed a quick installation. Dishwasher functions perfectly and works great.

Tech arrived right on time after giving me a decent advanced notice. The installation only took around 20-25 minutes. He showed me how it operated and answered our questions before he left. I don’t know why the few installation comments I found on Best Buy’s website were negative. I found absolute nothing to complain about. I would recommend our installer to anyone who asks.

purchased a new dishwasher during the pandemic which caused delays in installation. BB kept me updated on scheduling until it was safe. Installation was quick and clean. Only complaint was failure to show me how to run it.
