Installation process is not good need to trained

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When the guy first time came for installation they said your water is leaking but we are still using the dishwasher on the same place with same connection and then they ask another 120$ to fix the pipe and we said no and then we call to Best Buy then they send another guys they fix the dishwasher without said any thing and said all thing is perfectly fine and it’s take long to fox’s the installation because I have to take another appointment to install the dishwasher without any reason

Make Sure Your Shutoff Valve is the Correct Size

However, they refused to install the dishwasher (unless we paid another $250) saying our shutoff valve was the wrong size. Fortunately, they left the dishwasher. We ended up doing the installation ourselves, which was challenging, but worked out in the end. Also, Best Buy appropriately refunded us the installation charge fee.

Initial Installer not so good
