Customers love the Dishwasher Install's overall performance, installation speed, and minimal noise level. Many customers mentioned leak prevention, capacity, and fit as additional benefits. However, some customers have reported issues with alignment and drainage. Overall, the positive feedback outweighs the negative.

I was told I would get free delivery and install. I received free delivery only. I already removed the screws that anchor the old dishwasher in place. All that needed done was to disconnect hoses and wiring from old unit but neither installation guy would do this. They didnt even touch my old dishwasher to see that it was ready to be uninstalled they just said "it cant be done" and that I did not have the right hookup.
As soon as they left I had my old dishwasher removed and set in my front yard for trash pickup and the new dishwasher installed in about twenty minutes.
To be fair to BestBuy and Geek squad:
I went to the local store and they refunded the price of the hookup hose the install guys tried to sell me as the one I already had was new and exactly the same. Also they refunded the fee to haul the old dishwasher away since it had to sit in my front yard until trash day. They also gave me some cash back for the inconvenience. Also I was informed that it was not GeekSquad or BestBuy who delivers and installs dishwashers in my area, instead they use third party companies. Buyer beware!
Make sure you confirm that a GeekSquad or BestBuy employee is to do your install and not a third party or else you will end up installing the appliance yourself as they will refuse or say they cant do it!

We paid for the installation kit and installation when we purchased a new dishwasher. The company arrived within the delivery time but allegedly with the wrong dishwasher. They called several hours later and asked that we remove everything from under the sink. The technician took a look at the pump and said we would need to pay an extra $125 because it was not a basic installation, and to “cover the liability.” (Our home is new, with a dishwasher only a few years old that unfortunately quit working.) I refused. I contacted Best Buy, who told me we did not need to pay and would get a supervisor on the line, I waited on hold for 38 minutes when my call just ended. I called back, explained the situation, and was put on hold for no kidding one hour. In the meantime the technicians said they were leaving. I insisted they contact their supervisor, who also told me I would need to pay the $125. When I told the representative Best Buy told me otherwise, they changed their mind and told me I would not be responsible and they would bill Best Buy for the cost. It was pretty clear that the installation company was trying to pressure us to pay in order to get it installed, and I doubt we are the only customer that has had this experience with them.

Techs had to arrive 7 hrs late to die complications at another install. Drain is now making a crazy noise that was not present before new install. There is no number I can call to address this or the credit for not hauling off appliances since no one answers the store phone any longer. I live an hour out of town so I can’t just drop into
The store. Installers were polite and professional but exhausted .
