The gentleman did a great job with the installation and I have had no problems.

Nice dishwasher, poor job of installation. Ricky, the installer did not feel it was important to connect the water source to the dishwasher and engaged in argument with the homeowner when a longer hose was requested. A week later, second team of installers delivered the range and provided an additional water supply hose. That hose was not properly connected resulting in large amounts of water on the kitchen floor. When the problem was reported to the store someone showed up to my house to inspect the problem. This person did not call before their arrival, never advised the homeowner of his findings, and denied the massive amounts of water was related to the faulty installation. Homeowner has to make several calls to Best Buy and three visits in an effort to have the problem corrected. Finally, the repair was scheduled and on two occasions the service technician did not show. In an effort to correct the problem the Best Buy store manager issued the homeowner a credit to have the problem corrected. An outside service tech. corrected the problem in less than ten minutes. Unsurprisingly, the problem reported to Best Buy on several previous occasions was the problem. What a nightmare!

Install went fine, just mentioned to them a couple of times to be careful and not scratch the floor. Well, when done they had scratched the floor. Not happy.

The guy that installed my dishwasher was a nice guy except he charged me an extra 100.00. He told me my previous dishwasher was wired to my garbage disposal and told me he couldn’t install it unless I paid him and he would install a wall plug in. I found this to be odd because he had me write out the check to him and not to Best Buy. I don’t know if Best Buy was aware of this and I felt like he was trying to make an extra buck. I thought I had paid everything I needed for the installation ahead of time!
