All great until they steal

However, the installers were not actual Best Buy employees - they were a 3rd party. And they stole an android phone used for my work. Work traced it to Asheville (4+ hours away) but couldn't get any more specific. Best Buy tried to help, but the installers denied taking it and basically said just file a police report. Do yourself a favor, and use someone you know to handle your installations.

Geek Squad Installation is always a problem.

He told me that the dish washer is too tall for the old dish washer place which is 34 inches high. He left without even trying. I called the manufacture and was assured that 34 inches is enough for the dishwasher. The same guy came back two weeks later. This time, he still said it's not high enough. After taking the machine out and he had no problem to slide the product into the slot. There is no such a height problem at all. I could have used my new dish washer two weeks earlier.
