The dishwasher installation was quick. I was pleased with the workmanship. The old dishwasher was hauled away. The new installation was done in about 20 minutes. The workers were polite and respectful.

After having our GE dishwasher fail and require replacement (had a plastic tub that eventually warped and leaked), we priced BOSCH replacements, and found the lowest prices at BestBuy, and the ability to have it installed within a week of purchase! Other retailers would have required a month or more wait before installation could be scheduled! Installation was scheduled for a window between noon and 3:00PM, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call 20 minutes before noon from the installation team to say they were on the way and would be here momentarily! Both of the installers were EXTREMELY professional and courteous through the entire process. As one un-installed our old GE model, the other was outside at the truck unpacking the new BOSCH and prepping it for installation. They were careful to ensure the drain line was correctly elevated and ensured that everything worked correctly before they departed. The floor under the dishwasher - a spot that you can never get to- was cleaned and swept. Absolutely fantastic delivery job! And remember to TIP your delivery/install guys if they do a great job!

Installer Oscar Sanchez called me and gave me 10 minutes advance notice of his arrival. He did come within the previously promised 4-hour window. Mr. Sanches arrived, immediately uninstalled our 15 year old dish washer, cleaned up some minor existing plumbing issues, and then installed the new dishwasher. No issues - he knew exactly what to do at each step. He was very personable, but also very business-like.

Very nice modern appearance. Very quite. Top of door buttons not much room to access.

Installation was good! The 2nd time around. Just make sure if you have an older home be prepared to be rescheduled. My home had it's original copper pipe so the installer best buy had told me he couldn't install it until I get a plumber to come out and change the valve and take copper pipe out. I wish I new that before I bought the dishwasher I could have had my dishwasher installed before Thanksgiving but is was installed after Thanksgiving due to me waiting for a plumber to come out then I had to call best buy again to be place back on schedule to finally have my dishwasher installed. It was an inconvenience that's why i gave 4 stars.

Very quiet and works great! I love the adjustable rack. I am able to fit the larger pieces on to as well.

We bought a new dishwasher that included installation, done by two geek squad members. They did a quick removal of our old one (we did pay $25 for that) and did a great install as it required some precise placement in the existing opening to clear the stove door. And they explained all the features and customized cycles. And done in less than an hour!

Best Buy technician came on time. Took out our old dishwasher to haul it away. Seemed to install new kitchen aid easily and quickly. Did not leave a mess. We bought the best buy plan where you dont pay for installations or hauling old equipment away for a year

The installation was delayed because the power cord wires were chewed by a rat on the previous dishwasher. Once that was remedied the installation went very smoothly and quickly. Good workers.

The installer who came out to my home was great! He was courteous, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after himself. My issue is with the 3rd party company (non-Best-Buy) who Best Buys subcontracts with. 1. They over scheduled their installer, so my install got delayed by a week. This sucked because I had already arranged time off work and school to be there for the installs of 3 appliances. Their scheduling issues should not be the customer's problem. 2. When it was rescheduled, I was given a 12 hour window––11 am to 11 pm. Who installs appliances at 11 pm at night??? After MUCH complaining, the window was narrowed down to a much more reasonable window of 8 am to 12 noon. However, at 2 pm when the dishwasher and range had not arrived, I started making calls again. I was assured that the installer would be at my home by 4 p.m. He actually arrived at 6:30 and was gone sometime after 8 pm, keeping in line with their 12 hour install window,,,

Very fast and convenient. They were in and out in no time. The machine is working great

The installation was done neatly and all was functional - obviously competent and not rushed job. Happy I didn’t need to re-do stuff due to sloppiness.

The team installed the new dishwasher, took out the old one, did it all quickly, and were pleasant and polite in the process. They were a few minutes early, but they called ahead of time so not a problem. At least they were not late! I should be fair and disclose that the installation was free for this particular dishwasher with this particular promotion. I would have paid anyway, since I wanted the machine to work after installation!

Installed, with no issues. It's not quite straight, but they said that was b/c the last one wasn't straight. I probably wouldn't have noticed it, except they pointed it out to me. So seems like honest work.

The installer kept us informed as to his schedule and we knew almost exactly when he would arrive. The installation went smoothly and professionally. When he left, everything was exactly as when he arrived except that we had a new dishwasher that worked flawlessly. Great job!

The dish washer installer, Anthony was excellent as he needed to do some rearranging of the wires to accommodate outlet location. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He provided for a great install experience. Thank you, Andrew Olem
