I have not had them long enough to review performance. the manuals could be more detailed.

We were schedule 12 to 8 for install and they were suppose to call with small time window in AM and it was after 12. I called geek squad, not much help there but finally got call from installers and said by 2. Still no installers. Later got another call from installers asking if I had the dishwasher, they couldn't find it at the store and had to reschedule because it wasn't there. They would bring it the next morning. Went to store to make sure it was going to be there and they were installing the next day. The manager said it was it was there and didn't know why they couldn't find it! Manager also had to set up for the install and had to make it 2 days later. They were suppose to be here in the AM but of course when they did finally show up they were late because they had trouble with there truck, supposedly. They also left water on my kitchen floor that I had to clean up and after they left I noticed a few minor dents inside the dishwasher door. I know I could have called to have this replaced but I was afraid they would send the same company and didn't want to take the chance of dealing with them again. I think it is terrible that Best Buy can't install dishwashers or find a decent company that does. Also not happy with other appointments that they will not give a smaller window the 8 hours. I will be checking with another appliance store before I buy from Best Buy again.

I can't believe I had to pay money for this installation. Best Buy told me many times they would make things right by me, but they never did. Not only was there a no show, but there was also no call either. Geek Squad did NOT do my installation, it was done through a 3rd party vendor that I will never do business with again. The "3rd Party" phone system that best buy uses to track your delivery was also ridiculous. I don't think I have been lied to so many times in one day. They just kept telling me he was on his way. I waited over 8 hours for him to never show. Then when I called the next business day they said he was coming that afternoon, which nobody informed me about BUT the kicker there was....they lied again! He wasn't actually coming for a few more days. I am not sure if the person that installed it (he was over worked and over tired) did something wrong, but I then had to have my brand new dishwasher serviced twice. All and all I was paying for a machine for 2 months that I could barely use and I would have had more patience about the whole ordeal if I wasn't lied to so many times. AGAIN....must emphasize...this was NOT GeekSquad! GeekSquad is amazing. Any future big appliance purchases I need to make I will be asking who the installer is and if it is a 3rd Party installer, I will NOT be giving Best Buy my business

Installation was made without any issues - after installers left, noted that appliance was not “level”. Minor issue that left a sour taste, should have done a better QC check after.

It is a promotion when we purchase our new Bosch dishwasher, it comes with free installation.

Installers came in and were very knowledgable and experienced when installing equipment.
