The installers were on time, very clean and very polite. It doesn't leak. To save time I'd removed the old dishwasher. The space was free and clear. Because of the layout of the kitchen it is not an "easy' install - requires a push and a pull just at the right moment - but the technicians needed a helping hand to work it out. It came with wheels which were not removed and it now sticks out the radius of the wheels. The controls are partially visible. When I asked about the protrusion, I was told it was needed for a proper seal. Let's see how it lasts.

This could not be installed at the time of delivery because this dishwasher requires a special hose if it is more than so many feet from the sink. No one told us this or thought to ask where our dishwasher was when we bought it, so the guys couldn't install it in delivery. Not their fault. But it's a $20 dollar hose needed for a $800 dishwasher. A few can't be stocked and sent out on installs in case its needed? I took it in stride, ordered the hose and rescheduled the install more than a week later. My rescheduled service was immediately cancelled (same minute), but I didn't understand that, because the mails are not clear. They say "you still need to schedule this service". But I had just scheduled it and gotten mails saying it was scheduled. So the day came and I realized, no, I had no scheduled install coming. I called, very irritated, got it rescheduled, and two hours later got another mail saying "you need to schedule this service". I'm on my third reschedule now, and if it gets "cancelled" again, I'm sending the washer back. I will have had this washer sitting in my living room for a month with no install - I am confident I could have gotten it done faster if I had gone to someone else. I shop at BestBuy a lot, but it's usually self-service shopping. I'm appalled at this installation scheduling experience.

Techs have came out 6 times for the same issues and they don’t put correct notes in or none at all in logging a house visit. This is unacceptable. I have total tech but it’s useless if they do not log the issues . Call center is logging calls as customer hung up which also did not happen. They simply disconnect or attempt to transfer to another agent. None knew what a junk out was. They send the same tech who tells me what I should be doing etc. They do not want to replace the Bosch dishwasher. They installed incorrectly to begin with and things have not gotten better just more inconvenience. I am an elite plus member and again this is unacceptable on all levels. Very frustrated call center and they have no issue telling you about the communication issues between stores and support. Looks as if I will have to continue with escalation at other levels to get any satisfaction. I will see if this issue can get resolved before I can give a more detailed follow up after counting the ring videos on the times that they came and did not log notes to the derailment of total tech support that I purchased along with the dishwasher as Best Buy suggested. It the weekend so I will review again in a reasonable amount of time.
