Customers love the Dishwasher Install's overall performance, installation speed, and minimal noise level. Many customers mentioned leak prevention, capacity, and fit as additional benefits. However, some customers have reported issues with alignment and drainage. Overall, the positive feedback outweighs the negative.

The delivery and setup or the washing machine and dishwasher was terrible. The original date for both was Tuesday, September 7. Due to problems with the truck it was rescheduled to Saturday, September 11. When the truck showed up they removed the old washing machine and installed the new one. They told me they didn’t install dishwashers so they left the new one in the kitchen and told me to reschedule its install. I called and set it up for Tuesday, September 14, between noon and 6 P.M. I got a call at 9:50 A.M. that they were on their way. When they arrived they said they were here to install the washing machine but not the dishwasher. I told them the washer was installed on Saturday and gave me paperwork showing the dishwasher was scheduled to be setup that day by a different crew. I called customer service who told me they didn’t show any other appointments for me that day. After much frustration I stopped talking to them and was going to cancel the order. Then at 1:45 P.M. I got a call from the installer saying they were on their way. The dishwater was finally installed and they took the old one away. I will never purchase anything that requires delivery from Best Buy again.

We purchased a dishwasher during a Free Installation promo. First visit they delivered the unit but told me it could not be installed with our water stop valve. We could pay around $200 for them to replace or we could do ourselves but would need to reschedule install (they would not provide me the part so we can continue same day). After they left, I immediately bought the $8 part and replaced in less than 4 minutes but the new date could not be scheduled right away because it takes a day or two for system to be updated. After we finally got unit installed week later, we discovered the machine is not working properly. Before they come back another couple weeks later, we realize the machine is leaking and there is water damage. We called Best Buy about damage and they refer to their claim company. The claim company calls you and quickly replies to ask for info to determine who is liable Best Buy (install) or Manufacturer. Soon after this promising show of being there to help, this company will no longer respond to emails or calls requesting an update. Searching online, you can see this is a normal pattern for pursuing claims and Best Buy is obviously aware. They are passing your claim to a company they know will not help you and not taking financial responsibility to cover damages. I would suggest buying appliances from another store that will do the right thing if something goes wrong, even it costs a little more.
