Really excellent dishwasher. So quiet you have to put your ear to it to make sure it is running! Great stainless finish - really adds to the decor of the kitchen. We also like the way the silverware baskets are made (you can get quite a few pieces of stainless in them without them touching each other) and the "extra" tray on the top for large knives, spatulas etc.

Installers arrived per their planned schedule. Both guys were efficient but friendly and very helpful. Got all our questions answered. No damage to the floors or any part of our home. Very pleased. They deserve a raise.

Very quick and professional D/W install. Cleaned up after themselves and installed my microwave too (for small addit charge.)

In the description of my machine, it had a "rinse and hold cycle" which it does not. How-ever it DOES have a half-load cycle so that will suffice. Being a one person household, it is not necessary for me to run the dishwasher every day. Other than that, IT DOES AN EXCELLANT JOB...PERFORMANCE IS SUPURB !!

The overall dishwasher performs how it should. However, I find that the racks are smaller than my previous dishwasher and cannot fit larger items on the bottom rack or a flat sheet pan on the end of the bottom rack. It cleans dishes very well and is very quiet. I like the different cleaning options.

Disappointed that the Geek Squad did not do the installation. I went to Best Buy for the Geek Squad. Also very disappointed that you cannot speak to anyone locally regarding scheduling or problems. I was told the people on the phone are working "off shore". Some are gard to understand and rude.

Due to my physical limitations of old age (back and knees), we had Best Buy’s contractors install the unit so we didn’t have to fight the install. We were very pleased with the results. They were courteous and hauled the old unit off. They didn’t track in any dirt and left the area as clean as it was when they came in.

They sell this on it being quiet..... We have ours in our island in the middle of the kitchen and, yeah, it's quiet. But it's not like you don't hear it come on or anything. You might even need to still turn up the TV a little, but that's no big deal. Gets stuff clean. I guess that's the most important right?

What a nice man and efficient dishwasher installation! He came to my house, had the dishwasher installed and set up very quickly. He explained all the different features of the dishwasher and how to use it. And he made best friends with my little dog Parker. The dishwasher has been running great, and I was so glad to have the tutorial on how to use it. Thanks for such a nice experience!!

The tech. that installed our new machine was excellent.

Good and quick install. the only problem was the installer ran a test with the owners manual still in the dishwasher.

These 2 gentlemen were professional, efficient, and did a great job. They made sure the area was prepped for the install and cleaned up beautifully when they were finished.

Carlos and his crew did a very professional job. They were in and out within the hour. That is disconnecting my old dishwasher and installing the new one.

Matt did an excellent job installing my new dishwasher making sure everything was perfectly aligned and level. He had to make the hose hole to the cabinet larger, but the dishwasher fits like the cabinets were built around it from the beginning. After he cleaned the work area better than it was when he arrived, he provided a tutorial on how to use the dishwasher completely. Very customer focused tech!

The person/company that came to install our dishwasher was prompt, courteous, fast, and professional. Much better than most companies that have done installs for us before. Highly recommend. Only complaint is that he really didn't go over anything with us. Too bad that the Samsung dishwasher is a piece of junk !!!

Installation went off without a hitch. Unit was installed and seems to work fine, very quietly with no leaks.
