Showed up on time, was very professional, had the install done in under two hours.

THE MEN INSTALLING IT WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL IN THE INSTALLATION.

The installer did a good job in takeing the old one out putting the new one in.

Was delivered on time but the installation did not take place at the same time. They reported that they hauled away the old machine when they couldnt have since the installers were not on site to disconnect. I still have not had anyone reach out to me for the installation for days so i called and they said theyvwould call me back. Long storybshirt, I paid someone else to come install dishwasher and had to pay to get it hauled away. In the mean time, Best Buy has still not refunded my install and haul away fees as they promised. It has been a night mare contacting them. Will never buy any appliance from Best Buy again. I dont understand why the delivery cant include the install at the same time.

Service tech was friendly but he created a leak when attempting to hook up dishwasher. He said I need to get a plumber. I had to pay someone else to come in and replace a washer.

The installers came in and installed the dishwasher quickly and cleanly. The dishwasher has no issues with its operation either. However, after a couple weeks I noticed that it rocks ever so slightly in it's installed state and comes out of level. I don't think the installers secured the dishwasher properly in its spot. I haven't messed with it to correct it yet, but will get a mount of some sort to secure it in place to the granite countertop.

The 1st installers were very nice, timely and courteous. However, our new dishwasher did not work. They called it in, and we received a call to schedule to new delivery. 2nd installers were nice as well, but our dishwasher was damaged. We have called 4 times, left messages and requested a manager. WE HAVE NOT HEARD FROM ANYONE ABOUT REPLACING OUR DAMAGED DISHWASHER
