I cannot express enough how much I hate Best Buy every experience I’ve ever had with the company is the worst thing I’ve ever had to deal with, i’ve taken three days off of work lost thousands and thousands of dollars waiting for a dishwasher that they told me is coming which never shows up. I’ve been on the phone for the last four hours trying to find out if somebody’s coming with this dishwasher today and talk to three different people that disconnected me on the phone and did not call me back after I asked the to. Nobody cares at this place except the last guy Akil I just spoke with. Customer service sucks warranty returns are even worse. I wish I never bought my dishwasher from Best Buy. Last time you guys screwed me out of the refrigerator that was a week out of warranty. Not to mention I bought three other appliances to go along with it. I ordered the dishwasher in November 2020 and here it is April 2021 and still no dishwasher!

No complaints. Washer was set up as advertised. They were on time. No complaints.

Install the dishwasher we're knives on time and did a good job quickly

Ok, it’s still working, no issues, but the installer did have a little attitude after I questioned if it was level (visually it is not and I took a level after he left and he could’ve done a little better job than taking my comment personally). Alas, I’ve experienced better and I’ve experienced worse installs.
