Love the dishwasher, but even better was the Installer from Best Buy. Awesome! C.

First man that came out(he was supposed to come out day before, be they said the call was to be put off 2 weeks, but after sales rep called them it came out next day)-he asked for a tape measure and said it wouldn't fit and that we needed a ADA type washer. After several calls and attempts they finally sent out a different installer with both machines on the truck and they had no trouble installing the original machine we ordered-Pacific Sales was great-the same could not be said for the original installer.

Installation was great .The guys were efficient and quick. Very nice.

The experts from Best Buy had my dishwasher installed in very short order.

We attempted to have a dishwasher installed by Best Buy. However, the effort was totally messed up from beginning to end. Somehow the delivery was scheduled to Arkansas when we live in Virginia. After 2 weeks and too many phone calls with absolutely no return calls and no solution, the order was canceled. It took another week and multiple phone calls to have "Customer Care" override the order and refund our money. The automated phone "help" line is a joke. Most of the time, we were promised a return phone call only to later find out that there was no record of a previous call. Lesson learned on this experience is NEVER NEVER order a product for delivery from Best Buy.

Took care of it in 30 minutes. Knocked off two stars because they had to come back to do install because I had minor Tile work going on. They could've still did it, but opted not too.

install looks all ok, the only thing my wife was looking for was a quick demo on how to operate the machine to get started.

Worse installation staff I ever had experienced, rude, unsatisfying and very unprofessional installations guys were arranged by Best Buy, they came in leaving the dishwasher in the truck, open the drawer under the sink and then right away said, they can't install it because plumbing under sink is too old, they don't want to take any chances. I was surprised to hear that because we had updated the sink two years back with under the sink plumbing and it was considered old to installation staff, then we requested them to leave the dishwasher as I decided to get it installed from some local plumber but these guys refused to unload the dishwasher from the truck and left saying have a nice day! What?

The installation team was outstanding. They were on time and friendly.

The 2 young gentlemen were ontime, efficient and neat. It looksgreat.
