When the delivery people delivered they said they wouldn't install it, even tho that's what they also do and showed them the receipt where I payed for install. Got it taken care of after 2 weeks.

The installer came out once and said I needed to get a plumber to convert the 1/2 inch water line to 3/8th inch. I did that and he came back to install the washer. He got it in place, but had trouble with the line to the garbage disposal. After unsuccessfully trying to get the line hooked up as there was a plug that needed to be removed. He called for advise and was told to get a plumber to finish the job. He didn't want to do that, so left without the line being properly hooked up to the garbage disposal.

Installation dishwasher. Fir s t, no call the night before just bb email confirming 8am to 8pm delivery. No call before coming day of just a knock on the door at 2pm. Product installed. 10 min. aft e r installers left, discovered water flood under sink and on kitchen floor. Coulnt tell where leak from so put pan underto catch water. Continued slow leak eventhough hadnt used dishwasher yet.Ther e was no water leak before install. Called the 800 number for install was transferred to another dept.and putoff and on hold for nearly 1 1/2 hours. Finally woman said the installers wouldcall shortly to make appt. To inspect the install.I received no call that e vening or the next morning. Then I called the MN 800. number and after some holdin g was told that I would be contacted by phone to arrange appointment. All these places verified my number. By afternoon no one had called me and I found that just washing my hands in the sink caused water t o c ome gushing out from behind the drain pipe where the diswasher drainhoese is located. Since I purchased a service contract I then called the geek number to have them repair it. After the woman checked, she said the geek service wouldn't come because it was the installers (the people who never called back ever) problem and thatI might get a call (hah) Saturday (this is now Thursday) and they might come on Monday! Meanwhile I cant use the dishwasher or even my. sink because of aproblem they caused that did not previously exist. I said that for that reason I should get priority repair and not have to wait for the elusive installers. But that is how it is and you nev e r reach any person with authority other than a scheduling secretary.go-between.
