Service installer very knowledgeable, helpful and wonderful service

The person installed the item but proceeded to break a connection and did not clean up the mess he put into the garbage disposal in order to connect the dishwasher.

People where very courteous and they did the installation very quick

Installer had never seen a panel ready dishwasher. Did not leave the fasteners or hardware to install cabinet panel. Installer did not clean up after himself and made a mess of our cabinet when enlarging hole. He showed up at 5 minutes til 5 for a 3 to 5 window and did not give any notice. Nice enough guy but not very knowledgeable.

Went well. Expert Installer. Prompt. Answered all our questions.

They didn’t even take the old dishwasher away. I was at work when the delivery and installation was supposed to happen. My wife showed them the old dishwasher and they said they couldn’t even remove it without taking up the hardwood floor in front of the dishwasher because the floor under the dishwasher was lower. I’ve installed only a few dishwashers; I’m not a professional, but I know about leveling feet. When I got home I had the old dishwasher out and the new one installed in about 20 minutes by myself. When I tried to schedule for Best Buy to pick up the old dishwasher I was told that they would contact me, but they still haven’t months later. I think I’ll look elsewhere for appliances in the future.

Installer refused to install dishwasher unless I made an add'l purchase which was not recommended at the time of purchase. He stated my dishwasher warranty would be invalid unless I made a $75 pur hase for a new shut off valve. I believe the purchase was unnecessary as he required the payment to go directly to him and not Best Buy. I reluctantly made the payment because of my time restraints.

Goof job! Quick install by factory installers at Best Buy.

Dishwasher was defective and leaked water. The installer would not pick up the phone or call back. Best Buy said they would make everything right and they did not. The dishwasher was uninstalled a week later and the best buy uninstaller left the water dripping which caused a mess and damage. Best buy is still MIA.

Technician was polite, on time and knew what he was doing. Can't ask for more
