This is very proper and good installation. Good job Best Buy.

Installation was scheduled and confirmed for November 23rd. I took the day off work and waited at home to hear from Best Buy as to a window for the installation time. I got impatient and called Best Buy at 1:00 pm to check on the status. Best Buy had no idea what was going on. They said they would check. I got a call back sometime later saying that there was an "error" and the dishwasher was scheduled as a "pick up" as opposed to an "install". I ended up taking another day off work the 24th of November) to wait for the installation to be done. Best Buy knew that the installation schedule was screwed up on the 23rd at 0700 am and didn't bother to inform me of lthe problem. Could have gone to work if notified of the problem at 0700 am. Instead, I ended up taking another day off work (without pay!) so Best Buy could install the dishwasher. Best Buy (Jeremy at the Customer Service Department) did end up waiving the installation charge--which was done-- and also said I would be given a $50 gift card--which Jeremy so far, has not produced!!!! Still waiting Best Buy! I would have been more than happy with you just delivering and installing the dishwasher as promised as opposed to me taking an additional day off work (and losing an additional day of pay!) because of your error!
