Generally pleased with installation except for a noise in opening/closing door; install team then were prompt and gracious in correcting that one install misstep.

Overall I think this dishwasher is an excellent product. It is quite and cleans well. My only criticism is that it does not hold much if you wash pots and bowls in a load.

Very professional. Called to set arrival window, then called to ask if it was OK if they were a little early. Quick installation, excellent work, good explanation of features and operation. I was really impressed with this delivery and installation.

The team sent should have had an easy time of it. Unfortunately whoever did the installation of the dishwasher I was replacing, did a sloppy, poorly routed job . The team from Best Buy took their time, cleaned up the routing and mess from the original install and I couldn't be happier with the results. A rock solid, clean and professional installation of our new dishwasher.

Fast, efficient installation due to professional knowledge of the team. Husband thought he would do it himself as a salesman at another store said it was easy. Save time and potential trouble by having the Best Buy Installers do it! We needed a GFI electric unit installed to bring up to code (extra $220). They were licensed electricians, brought all the materials, and had it done in no time.

The purchase of our new Kitchenaid Dishwasher from Best Buy included free delivery and installation. Best Buy contracts the installation service out to a local provider. We were called the evening before the date of the scheduled installation and given a three hour window. The installer showed up within the first half hour and had the new machine installed and tested a half hour after arrival. Very professional job.

I had a very good experience. The two person crew were very professional, quick, and clean. They tested everything before leaving.

There were two men from Best Buy Geek Squad that came to install my dishwasher. They seemed to be having a lot of trouble, but didn't really communicate with me about it. It took a very long time for them to install it. They did a test run, but evidently didn't watch it close enough. The problem was, that a couple of weeks after they left, I noticed the drain hose connection was leaking under my kitchen sink. A different Geek Squad person came out and diagnosed the problem as a split in the drain hose. A new hose was ordered and he returned to install it. He had to pull out the entire dishwasher and re-install it. But this time it is working perfectly. The second Geek Squad person was very good and was a good communicator.

The D/W came without an operating manual and instructions for use. The D/W is extremely quiet, we could hardly hear it running just one room away from the kitchen.

Dishwasher installation was amazing. The guys wore masks, brought covers for the floor and afterwards wiped down everything before they left. They had to cut out the old dishwasher due to putting in hardwood floors. They were very quick and did an excellent job of put in the new one and hauling off the old one. Very quick job.

These 2 gentlemen were professional, efficient, and did a great job. They made sure the area was prepped for the install and cleaned up beautifully when they were finished.

Crew came out at the indicated time and did a proper install . Left everything clean!

I really like the Bosch dishwasher as we installed it in our kitchen which is where we watch TV and we can finally have it running and watch TV. The dishes are clean, the cycle is a little longer than expected. The usage of rinse agent is higher than we thought though.

He did a clean efficient job. Curteous and no leaks.

The two men that delivered and installed the dishwasher did a very good job. They did not make a mess and they explained the new dishwasher completely. They also hauled the old one away. Great job.

My first install experience with ABC company was substandard. They insisted that I keep the new dishwasher in my garage until another company installs it However my second install was smooth and quick. Juan and his partner were great.

We had tried to uninstall our old dishwasher and install the new one ourselves, only to find that we couldn't get the old one out because it had been installed behind a ledge of tile! ARGH! The professional dishwasher guys took all of 30 seconds to get it out, making us feel a little stoopid. But they did a great job, and it was well worth the $ to have them install the new one and haul away the old machine to be recycled.

The service men arrived on time when they said they would. Brody and Jake knew what they were doing so the whole installation was quick. They cleaned up afterwards too. They also explained how to use it cause I don't like to read instructions.

The two guys that installed the dishwasher were professional. They worked quickly to get everything up and running.
