Guys were great/knowledgeable Unfortunately Best Buy couldn’t complete installation when purchased and now charged me again to find original delivery had linked the water line

good delivery to home, pleasant installers, there was some confusion as to how to install unit, had to remove some base woodwork before installer could perform installation Also, installers boss has some requirement to have GFI which is NOT code required.

I have held my review until after having our new dishwasher serviced. Delivered on Nov 13, everything went smoothly, Svc Tech were great, no complaints at the time. After 4 to 5 loads I got an Error Code - "OC" - then had a warranty service visit from Unique Repair, Great Tech, very informative. Result of the visit was due to not receiving the correct info from the Best Buy Installers. The problem was a result of using to much soap. The Cascade Pellets should not be used on this New High Efficiency washer, generates too much soap suds which in turn triggers the "OC" Error. Using the Cascade Gel is the better product to use. Again it's no complaint about the product or service but a bit more product info upon installation may be a better procedure and less costly in the long run.

Good luck getting your dishwasher installed. 7 months later I still haven't been able to get it installed even though best buy claims it was installed on a date i never even scheduled service. The installers broke the dishwasher and best buy refused to repair or replace the part, so I bought it myself and replaced it. Rescheduled then the techs canceled at 8am day of, no call. According to support the technician claims he came to my house and I told him I didn't want it installed. I honestly have no idea if best buy will ever install it at this point.

I've had this dishwasher for about one month. I've run it numerous times as we have been having our kitchen remodeled and I ran all the dishes through to clean them. I've had no problems with the washer even though the installer and another customer at the store told me tales of problems with this particular dishwasher with the water wall. Hopefully no problems will arise! It's wonderfully quiet! You don't even know it's running except for the blue light that comes on when it starts.

My dishwasher of 10 years broke right before Christmas. I went to Lowe's to buy a new one, but it was going to take 4 weeks to get it delivered and installed. So, I looked up the same one at Best Buy, saw it was in stock and for $70 cheaper. It was delivered and installed between Christmas and New Years with no problems. Our installation man James was very knowledgeable and made sure there were no leaks and I understood how to use it before he left.

The two man team arrived on time and went right. they were neatly dressed, clean and went right to work, they were knowledgeable, efficient, polite, professional, yet friendly. After completing in installation, they spent the necessary time to insure we knew the proper operation of the appliance. Above all, they represented Best Buy in a very positive way.

The 3rd, (YES THIRD) time installers came to install the appliance they finally got it right. Pete and Sean from GCS Custom Appliance Installations, LLC did a super job. Clean, courteous and able to answer all our questions. I would recommend these installers without hesitation. It was done right the first time by them and they provided a full demonstration.

This was way better then me try to figure it all out. These guys got the old one out in less than 10 minutes and had the new one in the house ready for install within the next 5 minutes. While I had my morning coffee they prepped the area and where cauthious about all my stuff and had the new washer installed and doing a test run all within 30 minutes. After about an hour they were on there way, everything looks good and is running awesome and I didn't have to lift a finger.

We had an appointment for the 1/11 morning slot (7am-11am), and really appreciated how we got a reminder the day before with a smaller time frame (9am-11am) of when to expect the installers. We also got a call when they were loading the dishwasher onto the truck from Best Buy and were about to be on their way, giving us a nice heads up. On the call, they also asked if we could clear underneath the sink, which wasn't mentioned in the "What You Need to Know" documentation in the Best Buy Appointment Manager, so that was good to know for a more streamlined install. Our installers were very polite, friendly, and efficient. (I am really bad with names--sorry!, but I think one of them might've been Roy? There were two of them; they arrived around 11:05am.) They laid down a long cloth path from the doorway to the kitchen, to make sure they didn't dirty the carpet, which was a thoughtful gesture. They also let us sweep out the what was under the old dishwasher after they had removed it (goodness knows when we'll be able to access that spot again!), and gave us tips and things to be aware of with the new dishwasher. They wouldn't let us lift a finger, even though we offered and wanted to be helpful. :) Would definitely recommend! They were in a white Enterprise van, and had on shirts with (presumably) their actual company name/info, but did not advertise or call attention to it. Best Buy, I hope you're treating them well!

Purchased a new dishwasher to replace our 4 year old Bosch dishwasher-would have cost nearly as much to repair as to purchase new. 2 install people removed our old dishwasher, hooked up the new dishwasher and was done in about 30 - 45 minutes. Very professional, excellent installation, good service.

This dish washer clean everything very well, it is easy to operate. Very quiet. Its appearance is outstanding.

Best Buy isn’t quite ready to provide full pkgs solutions when you purchase appliances online. I had to make many calls back to Best Buy. I had to go back into the store because the .com couldn’t fix the problem. I purchased the delivery, install and haul away package for a dishwasher. They wanted to take 3 days to accomplish the delivery, install and haul away. Who does this? This review is not against the service employees. They have no control over the process. The product is what I expected.

Good job at installation and mine was tricky as we need extra everything due to placement of our dishwasher. They made sure it ran and didn't leak before they left. Only complaint was that they forgot to remove some packing on the spray arm which was a pain to get off after it was wet.
