Okay job

Poor Samsung dishwasher installation...
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My samsung dishwasher installation did not go very well. After the installer left my home I noticed my dishwasher was not securely installed. I called the installer and he returned and stated that the screws that came with my dishwasher was the incorrect screws and that he had some different screws in his delivery truck. So the installer used the screws that he got from out of his delivery truck. After about 2 weeks of use of my diswasher. when I opened the dishwasher door the dishwasher tilted/leaned forward as if it was going to fall forward onto the floor. I called best buy and explained the situation with my dishwasher and asked if they could send a dishwasher installer to my home to securely install my dishwasher, which they did. The new installer said that my dishwasher was not installed correctly. I have noticed/observed that my dishwasher is now more secure than it was previously.
