My experience was awesome fast clean and knowledgeable

After they hauled our old dishwasher and were about to out the new one in the installer says it wont fit. I asked what the options are and he said for a couple extra hundred bucks we can cut room for it to fit. I asked if he has done that before and he said everyday! Since they were here and ready to go I figured why not do it? That was a mistake. They cut through the granite but not in a straight line and also chipped parts of it. It looks like a very amateur job.

I was replacing an old dishwasher that was cooper lined in. It was never instructed by the store that I may need an actual plumber to install a new shut off value that was not sawdered in. The install team is useless and will not actually touch your system if it needs any modifications because "they are not plumbers". This process wasted my time, money and patience with Best Buy. On top of that, the installers would not return my calls or texts to come and install the unit after the plumbing work was completed. rescheduling was a nightmare with best buy as they proceeded to push out my install an additional 2 weeks past the initial install date. I requested a refund, and had to install the unit by myself.

The installers were very good. They made sure everything was in working order before leaving. However... it took five attemps me waiting up to 12 hours at a time for a installer. Either the installer would canel at the last moment or stated it wasn't their installing area.
