    The dishwasher IS GREAT - the installation is a story though! Salesperson makes a sale - yay Salesperson sets up delivery/install - yay Customer tells salesperson it is a new install - yay Customer ASK if there are any special instructions - salesperson says NO, it will only be $50. because you are a Total Tech Support Member - yay Best Buy delivers dishwasher BUT can't install it because "it needs a dedicated electrical outlet" - boo Best Buy takes the dishwasher back to warehouse - boo Customer has electrician instal a "dedicated electrical line" - yay Best Buy reschedules delivery for a week later - boo Best Buy shows up with dishwasher - says they can't do a "new install" - boo Best Buy takes the dishwasher back to the warehouse for second time. Customer hires a person for $50. to pick up dishwasher at store, hires a plumber for $175. to complete the "new install" mentioned at the time of purchase. NOT COOL AT ALL!!!! OH AND THEN TRY TO CALL THE STORE. GOOD LUCK WITH THAT TOO The sale team need to have a PRINTED list of the necessary criteria for each of the items they sell for installation. If this is given to the customer at the time of purchase EVERYone will have a much better outcome - YAY
