Appointment was delayed 2x (2 months!) and had difficulty getting a new appointment due to scheduling technical difficulties. After 2 months post-purchase and numerous phone calls to customer service, corporate got involved and was able to schedule a new appointment for us. Stressful experience.

Horrible, abysmal, incompetent installation service. Would give minus-5 stars if I could. Dishwasher has been sitting in my home and is still NOT INSTALLED after nearly a month of incompetent tries from BB at scheduling install. So far they have "absolutely scheduled" (with email confirmation!) our install 4 times, only to have the system inexplicably cancel it after a few days, and then the next rep that we talk to tells us that it never made it into their system. We finally talked to our local store rep; she tells us that we have yet another install scheduled for a date that will be over 5 weeks after buying our dishwasher from BB. If no one shows for that appointment, our next option is to return the dishwasher and get one from a more competent company. Very, very dissatisfied. (Note for whoever takes this survey: We purchased this item on 11-06-2021, as stated on our receipt. This survey says further down that a purchase date of 11-19-2021 would be shown; that later date is incorrect.)

Installers were very nice, but the installation took longer then expected. Did not need new hoses, it was fitting it into the space and leveling is was took so long.
