Make sure the unit works.

I got a higher model little pricy but has lots more features. This unit has a minimal or 2 hour wash cycle the installers wouldn’t wait to complete because it takes too long so I tipped them $40 for nothing.

Worst install experience

The worst shopping experience Iv ever had. And I worked for this company for many years. I placed an order November 24th and almost 2 months later still do not have my appliance. They couldn’t get the dishwasher to the third party installers causing me to reschedule 4 times. The third party team would call me and ask if I had the dish washer. Which I had ordered for delivery. Called customer service to fix the issue and they said the warehouse team and third party did not communicate and they didn’t have our product, multiple times. Finally they switched to in store pick up which I had to get myself from a store an hour away. Install was suppose to be from 3-8pm but told me they were running late. They called at 10:30pm and said they were 30 minutes away but they were coming. It’s 11pm at night until they got here. Absolutely unacceptable and will never recommend or buy an appliance from Best Buy again.
