Customers love the Dishwasher Install's overall performance, installation speed, and minimal noise level. Many customers mentioned leak prevention, capacity, and fit as additional benefits. However, some customers have reported issues with alignment and drainage. Overall, the positive feedback outweighs the negative.

A dishwasher for another customer was installed in error and then removed. That dishwasher is now in someone else's kitchen, and I'm sure they don't know. It also means that the installers were in our house, putting us at unnecessary COVID19 risk for nothing. The correct dishwasher was promised by Saturday (today), and now we are told it was backordered. They took away our old dishwasher, so now we have none. However the Best Buy System shows ours was installed - which it wasn't - so we cannot get an answer on when we we will get new dishwasher until they fix this error on their part. I am beyond frustrated. We paid a lot of money for a dishwasher and installation, and now we don't even have our old dishwasher. I spent hours on the phone and online yesterday and again today and this situation is still not resolved. I expect much more from Best Buy and am extremely disappointed.

The dishwasher was glitchy from the beginning. From my perspective, it wasn't seated well. It didn't fit well under the counter and was lopsided. Eventually it shorted out. Technicians looked at it on 12/24 and told us that the installer had installed the wrong junction box. They showed it to me. There were burn marks. But they said they couldn't do anything because they didn't have the right junction box. Another technician came to look at it. He said the same thing, and apologized that the last technicians hadn't ordered the part. He said would order the correct junction box and the next person. Now I just got an email saying our warranty is invalid because the problem was caused by rodents. This is absurd. There are mouse droppings behind the dishwasher. But no explanation as to how this caused the dishwasher to short out. If a mouse had done something to cause the problem, you would expect to see a dead mouse or chewed wires. Nothing. Best Buy might be fine for printer paper or video game remotes, but I won't buy anything complicated from them. They're just not serious about it.

I had been rescheduled 3 times and when they finally decided to show up they made up some pretty shady excuses and it didn't get installed they were in a hurry to get somewhere, they dropped it off and the next day I installed myself in 1 hour and worked beautiful
