    While the installation itself is fine the interaction with the installer was not good. There was an attempt to charge me $94 for a five minute installation of a different valve on my line to make all fittings compatible. I asked if there was an adaptor available. He said no and then installed an eight dollar valve which was——- exactly that; an adaptor. Upon completion I was asked to pay $94 and refused. Suggested the bill be sent to BEST BUY. I was told it didn’t work that way. My reply was that today it will work that way. I was then asked or told that my original valve would be re-installed and they would leave with no installation. I said that would be okay. They made a phone call, said I would receive a bill, left new valve in place and drove off in an unmarked truck..Thus far no bill.I went to see Vince at Joliet BEST BUY and related the story that afternoon. I’m sure this was not a BEST BUY policy nor desire. Your third party left a bad mark on BEST BUY. It certainly does not impact my regard for BEST BUY. I feel we were both let down by this nameless entity.
