Very professional. Went above and beyond to get it installed.

I was soooo disappointed with the dishwasher Installation process, we had it scheduled for a Saturday, the dishwasher came defective so it wasn't installed. It was taken back to the warehouse and scheduled for another date one week later. That day came and the person was a no-call no-show and I had reschedule the Installation date to "earliest available" was 2 weeks later. The gentleman came and didn't have a tool to shut of the main water valve, so he had to reschedule at a later date. It was such a chaos of events and overall I was just so annoyed of the process of scheduling and rescheduling 4x. It took 5 weeks to get my dishwasher finally installed.

They did a great job installing it. No issues as of yet

Best Buy completely failed us. They scheduled installation on Dec. 23rd, but the unit showed up late on the 22nd, so did not make it on schedule for the next day. Okay, but they did not inform us, we only found out when we called halfway through the arrival window. We were informed next install date was Jan. 13, but it would "escalated" to get us a sooner date. We got one voicemail from an agent who never answered 5-6 call backs. A chat with customer service revealed that it had been scheduled for January 18th, without asking us. That did not work for us so we had to reschedule for January 20th. So now our installation is scheduled for almost a month after the original date, and the so called "escalation" resulted in a delay of 7 days. Oh and by, the way, we signed up for, and paid for "TotalTech" service.

We had terrible luck with Best Buy and their installation team (third party to reduce their liability). The first dishwasher they brought the installer said that the dishwasher was defective. No big deal deal these things happen. They got us a new dishwasher and a new install guy. He showed up said the dishwasher was not defective just not installed right. He need to remove a plug from our garbage disposal in order to fix. Said along the lines just had to shove my screwdriver in to pop out of plug. That night out garbage disposal stopped working. Now Best Buy has placed all blame on the Third Party and the Third Party is accepting no liability. I at this point would be fine with a refund on the install cost but no luck. I would strongly suggest going with someone else or cutting out Best Buy and finding who they use for the install.
