Can't hear it running. Instsallation was execellent and free. Holds many dishes. Love it.

the man was very polite knew what he was doing everything was run neatly looked good worked perfectly cleaned up looked like no one was there that man was great!!!

The installers were polite, efficient, and did an excellent job with the installation they encountered an issue with the length of a cord but resolved it by drilling a different hole in the adjoining cabinet so the cord could reach Before they drilled they asked permission and explained the problem

Very knowledgeable, experienced individual, removed the old dishwasher & installed the new one pretty quickly without any problems. Tested unit & gave us a quick rundown about operating. Removed all debris from the area. Very pleased with Geek Squad installation. Would use again.

the installers was very polite and they were very knowledgeable and the whole process took less than a hour from when they knocked on the door and left with the old one they both came into my house wearing mask and gloves they took away all the boxes and left the house clean i would buy other appliances from there

I was a little concerned with getting my new dishwasher installed because quite honestly it was just too reasonable and easy. The gentlemen was on time, polite and did a fantastic job. He wore his mask and completed the job in minimal time. I couldn’t have asked for more. I highly recommend the installation services from Best Buy.

Escobar Deliveries really took good care of me and my new dishwasher. They were very professional and friendly. They went above and beyond.

Dishwasher installation went smoothly with the technician paying close attention to protecting the new hardwood floor... afterwards, the unit ran flawlessly with zero leaks. The technician also removed all packaging materials and set-up the operation for daily use...awesome job!

Richard did a great job installing our dishwasher and even took the time to adjust it to look better in our cabinet space the was leaning one way and the countertop the other. Very knowledgeable and professional in his work. We enjoyed working with Richard. Super guy and great sense of humor!

Very happy with the delivery and installation, polite, detailed, conscientious . When we discovered that my old DW had been leaking and caused some damage they gave me good advice to allow the area to dry out and they would come back! Appreciated that

Installation technicians were friendly and efficient. They installed our range microwave and dishwasher. They even gave us recommendations for how we can improve lines under our sink. They were professional and cleaned up any mess. Very pleased with them.

I was a bit skeptical about calling Best Buy to install my dishwasher as I never called them before. I have however had Best Buy install my car audio for well over a decade and never had a problem so I figured I could give them a try. I was right! The technician called the night before to verify the appointment time, address, and if there was anything limiting access to the property, kitchen, etc. The next day he showed up on time with everything he needed, and the one thing he did not need; the dishwasher installation kit. The person that took the reservation for the appointment asked if I had the kit, and I said I did not. So, I told him that I would buy it. In fact, I bought it online on the Best Buy website while he was taking my information!! The installation went smooth as I hoped and afterwards the technician went over the various stages of the install and then the functions of the dishwasher. He also went over the manufacturers warranty and mention I could purchase the extended warranty that Best Buy offers too. For those who may have this question; YES, he did take the old dishwasher away! Overall, once again, a GREAT Best Buy experience! One last thing, I bought the dishwasher from Best Buy and it was an Open Box unit. So I thought I'd mention that the dishwasher, the installation kit, and the installation DID NOT cost near the price of the dishwasher if it was new! So I saved a few bucks this way

We are so happy with our new appliances and the service techs that set it up. It was done all in one day, one crew brought the fridge and dishwasher and installed the fridge. Then the next crew came and installed the dishwasher A DAY EARLY! Glad we bought the tech support agreement as well. All went smoothly!

The techs were very professional and took the time to listen to my concerns. They did a great job protecting my floors and cabinets so that nothing was damaged during the installation process. They also did a great job cleaning up behind themselves.

The first installation wasn’t right, so another installer, had to come out, & put it in correctly. They did a perfect job. The first installer did a rush job.

We had the best experience.The tech who installed our dishwasher was awesome. Very informative and helpful. Quick, friendly, and very considerate. Took the time to answer all our questions. He told us how to avoid the problems that other consumers had complained about. Was nervous about buying a kitchen appliance from Best Buy. However, probably the best installer we have ever had for an appliance.

The first installers were professional and quick, though the dishwasher was not flush with the cabinets. Best Buy sent someone from Geek Squad the next day and handled it quickly,

Our new Bosch dishwasher was everything the ads and on-line reviews said it would be - whisper quiet - you literally have to LOOK at the control panel to see if its running. And I don't think I have ever seen dishes come out of a dishwasher cleaner than mine in the Bosch. Love the third silverware drawer and ability to move the middle drawer up and down. Great product - and installation guys were fantastic too!

It took 2 tech guys here to complete the installation of the dishwasher. not all of the 'parts' were included in the primary delivery. after 3 weeks, it is now working well.
