    The installed had to call me to understand how to remove the old original dish washer. Then he called me that the installation kit was missing an adapter he needed to retro fit the new unit. The 3rd time was to tell me they could not take our original unit away and would be sending someone else. The original unit is still here.

    Can i give a zero? Still have not received this item. My business was handed over to an outside installer who the day before sent an email saying would be there the next day from 12 to 8 so i arranged to be home that whole time. The next day at 2p sent me a message saying would be there 2 to 5p. At 4p they call to ask if i have the product which i do not so Sarah says will go look in warehouse and call me back. She then calls me back at 415p and says product is not there so will have to reschedule another day. I was quite aggravated and Sarah answered me with wasn't her fault, product not there. So if i can give a negative number for my review, that is how i feel about this and best buy.
