Can i give a zero? Still have not received this item. My business was handed over to an outside installer who the day before sent an email saying would be there the next day from 12 to 8 so i arranged to be home that whole time. The next day at 2p sent me a message saying would be there 2 to 5p. At 4p they call to ask if i have the product which i do not so Sarah says will go look in warehouse and call me back. She then calls me back at 415p and says product is not there so will have to reschedule another day. I was quite aggravated and Sarah answered me with wasn't her fault, product not there. So if i can give a negative number for my review, that is how i feel about this and best buy.

I wish they would have completed the job. I had to mount it myself. They were not prepared to mount it to the cabinetry. Pretty poor prep and follow up.

The delivery process was unacceptable. The installers arrived and stated that they could not install the unit because of the tiles on the floor. They refused to crack the tiles or to allow me to crack the tiles and remove them so that they could install the unit. Instead they left abruptly.Once they left I cracked the tiles but more significantly realized that the countertop moved and did not even require the removal of the tiles. They were hasty and dismissive. They asked why they could not leave the huge dishwasher box in my apartment until they returned. This was totally unacceptable. Hence, I had to wait another two weeks for the installation. They returned and required that I pay an additional $125 for a specific electrical outlet Stating that hard wires are not legal in New York City.It was my understanding that the extra package that I purchased from Best Buy would cover this amount. As a 70-year-old senior citizen I have suffered enough from this delay and incompetent service.
