I took advantage of the free installation included with my recent DW purchase. If you buy a stand-alone DIshwasher then I’m sure they would do a fine job. I ordered built in model where I have My own cabinet panel That needed to be installed. They only made the connections and left it to me to install and when I went to do so found they had messed up the install and I had to do it all over again.

Dishwasher was installed, counter top squeaking after installation. Door would not close properly possibly due to unit not being leveled. We were going to exchange unit, replacement was obviously a used one that we refused to take. We pulled unit out, reinstalled it and seems to be working all right. Counter stopped squeaking as soon as we tightened screws.

I like Samsung product. Nice and energy saving appliances.

This is the fourth product that I have purchased from Best Buy and has been the most disappointing installation. The installer was sloppy and careless. He left packing from the dishwasher laying across our driveway. He ran a lot of water under the sink and did not even bother telling us. We found it after he left and spent a good deal of time mopping up his mess. I think the most disturbing thing was he started the dishwasher on a quick cycle and did not remove any of the plastic or tiedowns on the interior of the dishwasher. My only hope is that since the sprayers could not rotate, we won’t have trouble with them in the future. Sadly, I would never recommend this individual for installation.

Terrible installation of Fisher & Pakel Dishwasher. The installers came out twice and damaged my dishwasher worse than the first time. The first time installers didn't use appropriate clips recommended by manufacturers Fisher & Pakel hence the dishwasher started leaking two days after installation. Installers came out the second time they again didn't use correct clips but drove more screws on the side of dishwasher drawer which damaged my dishwasher and made unleveled, still leaking inside making unit lock up while running for 4 hours, and dishwasher drawer not able to close properly. New Fisher & Pakel dishwasher ordered by Best Buy when the unit arrived Saturday 3/13/21 it had 2 dents on drawer. We Rejected delivery and still have not received a call from Best Buy to reschedule new delivery of unit or installation.

I have to keep checking to make sure it is working.
