    The initial installers were not knowledgeable and created a delay of more than a month. The level of expertise was so low and the communication was extremely poor. The gentleman who later installed the machine was very professional but it took weeks of trying to get the correct answer from Best Buy I am very disappointed

    They showed up on time however the cut the drain tube too short which resulted in it coming off and water fill the kitchen floor so had to buy another hose and have it installed correctly.

    Installer did not know how to anchor the dishwasher under a granite countertop. He also unplugged our disposall and did not plug it back in. He also plugged the dishwasher into a switched outlet. On the positive side, he was very nice.
