    The initial installers were not knowledgeable and created a delay of more than a month. The level of expertise was so low and the communication was extremely poor. The gentleman who later installed the machine was very professional but it took weeks of trying to get the correct answer from Best Buy I am very disappointed

    Installer did not have a connection to hook the dishwasher up to the existing line. I had to get a second party to obtain a connection part and complete the job.

    The tech was very late arriving at my home although he was within 15 minutes of the appointment parameter. He was obviously tired and ready to make his 2-hour drive home. He me with a dishwasher that is not properly installed. I am very disappointed that Best Buy did not use the Geek Squad right here in Amarillo, Texas!
