So far the dish washer works great. No problem and the people who install it did a great and quick job.

The men came in and were able to install in about 1/2 hour. They were clean and considerate of my property. The install went smoothly and my dishwasher works great!

The two guys that installed the dishwasher were professional. They worked quickly to get everything up and running.

They were here on time and very efficient. Went right to work. Found one screw after they left that had fallen out of cabinet. Clean and fast. Tested everything and made sure there were no leaks. Did a wonderful job.

The installation crew arrived a little bit after 9:00am and within 30 minutes the old unit was out and the new was installed. The tech went over the basic operation of the dishwasher. The whole process was just under 30 minutes and everything was cleaned in the work area before they left.

The installation team was great. They worked well, one on the dishwasher and the other with the connections under the sink. It was quickly done and works great.

The technician was nothing short of professional. I was very pleased with the way he kept constant communication regarding my delivery. The install was completed without any issues. I have no complaints!

This installation was done well and efficiently by a crew that knew exactly what they were doing. The low rating is because of what it took to finally make this happen. My first appointment was planned for when the dishwasher was delivered. The installation could not be completed because I needed a different kind of valve, which would have to be installed by a plumber. I understand that (although I wish I had been informed of that possibility before it was delivered) and got that taken care of. The second appointment was the worst. My appointment window was from noon to 8 PM. I waited all day and nobody showed up. Even worse, nobody told me that nobody would be coming! The webpage said all day that they were on schedule to come. After 8 PM, it switched to saying they were running "a bit behind schedule," so I kept waiting. After I finally got confirmation, at about 10 PM, that nobody would be coming, my appointment was rescheduled for installation 9 days later, which was a huge disappointment as I had already been without a dishwasher for more than a week because the work that the plumber did made my old dishwasher unusable. But, as I said, the third attempt went well. If my rating was based only on that one, I would have given 4 or 5 stars.

Installation was good! The 2nd time around. Just make sure if you have an older home be prepared to be rescheduled. My home had it's original copper pipe so the installer best buy had told me he couldn't install it until I get a plumber to come out and change the valve and take copper pipe out. I wish I new that before I bought the dishwasher I could have had my dishwasher installed before Thanksgiving but is was installed after Thanksgiving due to me waiting for a plumber to come out then I had to call best buy again to be place back on schedule to finally have my dishwasher installed. It was an inconvenience that's why i gave 4 stars.

If I installed this on my own, it would take weeks. Geek Squad is super-quick and does a bang-up job.

I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars because it is only 3 days old. It is very quiet and cleaned our old glasses well. Our old dishwasher was not cleaning very well and was quite loud. A friend had a bosch so I decided to pay more I hope in the long term it will be worth it. right now it certainly is.

We were impressed and happy with the installation service. They called ahead and arrived on time. The two installers were careful with the removal and the new install. In addition to being competent with the installation the two gentlemen were courteous and friendly (like family). The installers provided helpful startup advice. They also provided assurance that our purchase was of good quality. Everything is working just fine! We are "peace of mind" Best Buy loyalist.

The gentleman that removed/installed our appliances was very friendly, personable and knowledgable. Wasted no time in completing the job and cleaned up after completion. My reason for only giving 4 stars is that, in my opinion, this job requires more than one person to perfomr in a safe manner.

Delivery was on schedule and organized; communication was good ahead of the installation. Unfortunately, I discovered a couple weeks later that the dishwasher was heavily damaged and leaking onto my subfloor and basement. Maintenance technician's assessment is that the machine was dropped. Best Buy's return policy is horrible and now I'm stuck with a washer that the manufacturer says is not repairable. Do not recommend buying any appliances from Best Buy!

It was a great service. They where fast with the installation and left the broken part to show what was wrong with it showing they where honest.

Very nice dishwasher one of the top models on the market. Does everything we wanted. Its got a lot of features other models don't have. The extra 3 top rack comes in handy for baby bottles. Gets everything clean. LG makes a great product and Best Buy is very easy to work with. Thank you. The person who installed it did a great job and wore his PPE.

The guys that installed the applinces from the Bloomington,Il Best Buy installers were pretty much the most knowledgeable professional people i have ever met. Everything they did was measured and leveled perfect.

purchased a new dishwasher during the pandemic which caused delays in installation. BB kept me updated on scheduling until it was safe. Installation was quick and clean. Only complaint was failure to show me how to run it.
