Install team that installed the dishwasher were great.

The guys who came were very nice and professional.

Called ahead, arrived on time, did an awesome job!

Installation never happened!! Had to pay my contractor to install. The outside installer Best Buy contractor hired to do the installation is a joke!! He left all of my items on my front porch!! That included the dishwasher, double wall ovens and drawer microwave. He was supposed to install on Friday, called me 20 minutes after the time he was supposed to install to tell me he couldnt leave the bathroom, He said his day off was Monday but would do me a FAVOR and install Monday. He was scheduled at 9am, He didn't show up or call until 130 pm. I had to pay my contractor for those hours as well. Then when he showed up, he didnt install. He just put all items on my front porch. Never came and pre measured or anything. I am rating the installation as POOR!!! The product is great!! I love every appliance I purchased.

Damaged the face of my cabinet while trying to remove the old dishwasher. Now it is up to me to find someone to get an estimate and get it fixed. You have to submit the estimate for replacing the gouged torn laminate and photos. I am assuming that I will eventually get my cabinet properly repaired. The rest of the installation was good.

If i could select zero stars, i would. Best Buy's "service" is the worst retail experience I have experienced. From a defective new dishwasher, to no 5 different fauled atre.prs due to some byngle betwwen BB and its third party installatuon service, I javw been waitinf more than 3 monrhs for a replacement/sxchange order to be completely succeasfully. Each time i have received numeroua notices confirming a delivery and installation date, and each time somethimg has been miscommunicated between the installers and BB. I've had conversations worh 4 different customer service agents who seem to be working hard to resolve rhese issues, but then delivery day comes and oops...there's a(nother) call from the installer, saying that the order has been..."cancelled" (was not) "unit unavailable in warehouse" (it was there), "item was discontinued" (it was not), etc. DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE for your appliance delivery or you will regret it

Was informed by BB’s installation/delivery contractors that the dishwasher required a 3-prong outlet as the old-style hard-wired connection was no longer an option. Had to pay an additional $100 to the contractor (payment made out personally to him) to install an outlet in the wall behind the dishwasher. Would have liked to have been informed about this ahead of time.

Original dishwasher install was poor leaks. geek squad customer support came back to make it right
