Customers love the Dishwasher Install's overall performance, installation speed, and minimal noise level. Many customers mentioned leak prevention, capacity, and fit as additional benefits. However, some customers have reported issues with alignment and drainage. Overall, the positive feedback outweighs the negative.

Installed at an angle, charged for install then when they came here they charged me an extra $200 because he said it needed a plug, when I read the manual I can see it could have been hard wired in.

I bought a dishwasher on November 7. Scheduled delivery, and I thought installation, for November 30.
One day before delivery I get a call that I need to reschedule. I call to reschedule and ask why? I'm told they didn't have the item. So 23 days wasn't enough time to get that sorted out? Cool.
The new date arrives, dishwasher arrives. The guy says, "are you planning to install it today?" I'm like, aren't you?
Nope, they have a delivery guy and a separate install guy. Each requiring a separate appointment? Cool
I make a new appointment for the installation. January 3 - almost two months after the purchase. Take the day off from work. We will be there between 7am and 10am. I get up early. They arrive at 12:30. Nice.
Then I find the unopened discarded parts from the "install kit" I have to buy for another $30. Can not install without they say. Well, apparently you can.
Then when I use the garbage disposal I hear a sound I should not hear. Oh look, just parts from the old dishwasher. So what are the odds BestBuy will replace the garbage disposal?
Odds I buy another appliance from BestBuy - Zero.

Four attempts at installing a dishwasher and a fifth attempt is scheduled. Best But’s contractor (Lone Star from Conroe, TX) is the absolute WORST installer I’ve ever had to deal with. Their service techs are rude, and honestly do not know how to do an installation (as evidenced by the fact that they are in their FIFTH attempt!). If I could simply return my $2,200 Viking dishwasher to Best But and purchase a unit from a competent firm, I would do so without hesitation, but too much time has passed and the unit is no longer returnable. I suggest that Best But stop using Lone Star Services for their installations, because they are giving Best Buy a bad rep. Lone Star Services is HORRIBLE!!!

1St delivery date time was from 8am to 12pm and it was a no call no show for the installers unless you count the call we received 10 minute past the latest time that they were to arrive. So a wasted day off. We called they stated they where over booked, not sure why they did not realize the the night before.
The next delivery date went off ok. The install went fine and works but not sure why the left such a wide gap between the counter top and dishwashe

Despite having a Best Buy representative come to my house to measure for new appliances, the dishwasher didn't fit. The first installer wouldn't remove the old dishwasher. He had no clue how to remove it. I even offered to tell him how it came out but he just left--leaving the new dishwasher in my garage. It took me (a 71 year old granny) about half an hour to do it myself. My husband had to take it to the dump. The next installer couldn't make the dishwasher fit into the opening. He left it standing hanging out of the opening. When I called the store a rude woman told me that Best Buy did not sell a dishwasher that would fit into a 23 1/2" opening, they only sold dishwashers that fit the standard opening. I said I would buy a dishwasher elsewhere and to have someone remove the dishwasher. The fourth and last person from Best Buy came to take the dishwasher back--but the third guy had not disconnected the dishwasher--he agreed to disconnect the dishwasher and remove it. All this took a month and four separate visits by Best Buy to my home. This doesn't include the two times I had to go to the store to buy the appliances. Never again. I would not recommend the West Kendall appliance department.

Please understand that this review has absolutely NOTHING to do with the installer, We purchased a dishwasher on 4/2, however we still are without a dishwasher after two scheduled installation appointments (4/18 & 4/25). The installer arrived for both appointments at the scheduled time and was professional. Unfortunately, both dishwashers were physically damaged when our installer unpacked the appliance on each visit. We now have a 3rd installation appointment schedule for 5/2, and are hoping that the 3rd dishwasher is not damaged. It would be helpful if the appliances would be inspected before installation, as this is a waste of time and extremely frustrating for the installer and home owner.

The installation crew struggled getting our Bosch unit up and running. The main problem was running the electric and getting it the unit to fit properly and level. Took them several runs at it before they got it right. My advice -- make sure your watch them every step along the way and make them do it right.
