Kind of a rip off.

After they arrived I was told we need to move our shut off valve and the installers were unable to do that, so I had to pay another few hundred to have a 3rd person finish the install.

Poor installation

They didn’t. I had to call a plumber because of what they did to the plumbing under my sink.

Best Buy does not help.

I am unable to know for certain as Best Buy will not help me via a home tech nor will LG. I paid extra for service but they do not honor this. It used to be an amazing place to buy appliances but not any more. I will never use them again.

Dishwasher Installation

The first time they said it wouldn't fit. The second time they said they were afraid it would break my tile floor or countertop. Finally, the third time someone came it got installed.

First of all, when you but it with delivery know that the installation has to be booked aside and also you need a starter kit that doesn’t come included. They’ve come 3 times and the last time that was today the technician told me someone (the previous technician) seemed to have disconnected something in the garbage disposal and he could fix it but I would have to PAY EXTRA $120!!! FOR SOMETHING THEY DID!! And then when the dishwasher was finally installed, it wasn’t working!! The appliance is damaged and asked my tenant if we wanted a second opinion or a new one. At this point I just want my money back and buy it somewhere else. NEVER BUTING AGAIN FROM BEST BUY
