Customers love the Dishwasher Install's overall performance, installation speed, and minimal noise level. Many customers mentioned leak prevention, capacity, and fit as additional benefits. However, some customers have reported issues with alignment and drainage. Overall, the positive feedback outweighs the negative.

The installer attempted to turn off the water at the water heater instead of at the meter. When that didn't shut off completely, he then turned it off at the meter. After installing the dishwasher, with a kinked hose by the way, they failed to check the valve at the water heater. Several hours after they left, the water leak was discovered in the hall way. The valve at the water heater was broken. After several calls to the installer, he finally called back & advised he would be back the next day at noon, even though it was July 4th. He never showed up and didn't return our calls. We contacted a plumber who came out and replaced the shut off valve at the water heater. Our wooden floor is ruined and we now are waiting for the company insurance to respond. When my wife spoke to the claim person and advised of what happened, the claim person advised the installer had told her something completely different and that everything was fine. In my 1st contact with the installer on July 3rd, I asked why he didn't cut the water off at the meter instead of the water heater, he stated the man holes are full of spiders and snakes are sometimes in there. I have since spoke to some plumbers and they stated they always cut off the water at the meter.

I hope the installers were not representative of your regular crew!
Apparently the installation was successful, but we were hesitant about letting them in our house because of their appearance, and then they didn't clean up the area after the job was completed.
We're reluctant about buying any appliances from Best Buy in the future.

The guy who did the installation was not trained at all to do this job. He made a lot of basic mistakes: put the dishwasher in place without connecting the junction box, left the junction box behind the dishwasher, did not raise the drain hose as per instruction. We had to call him back next day, together with his supervisor and he suggested that the dishwasher had a defect. That was not true, it was because of the drain hose not being properly installed.
In addition, he was verbally aggressive, complained a lot about the work he has to do and argued to all requests.
It is a shame that Best Buy works with such a company. The dishwasher is great.

This product is junk, pure and simple. This is the replacement and it does not work any better than the first one. Leaves a soap residue on my dishes and it also did not drain the water from the tub. Opened the door and it was full of water in the bottom.

Couldn’t finish dishwasher installation because the model I had purchased had a pigtail with a plug ( needing a receptical ) where as my old dish dishwasher had been hardwired.
My only complaint is that the salesman could have explained that with the model dishwasher I was purchasing required a plug-in ( receptical) and if so, I could have had they ready for the installation

To be fair to the installers we had to turn the water off to the whole house in order to fix a turn off at the refrigerator. The Plumber was working on replacing the turn off at the refrigerator and he was almost finished but they had to get onto another job. I refused to sign their installation papers until the water could be turned back on and the dishwasher tested to make sure it was running properly. They had to come back the next day.

It's extremely difficult to get the dishwasher installed. I purchased the dishwasher on 6/11/2021, and I booked 7/31 for installation because of back order situation. BestBuy's 3rd party came on 7/31, but did not do anything due to the valve issue they said. I lived in a high rise (build 2008)in Chicago downtown. I can't image how difficult it will be.. However, they came three time and could not install/haul away the old dishwasher, but dropped the new one in my studio room. Warning/Lesson learned: BestBuy's 3rd party disconnected the old dishwasher, and could not keep their schedule for installation for 6 days. In the day 4, the hot water pipe burst and flooded entire floor and the floors down. ( 25 units impacted). I can't imaging how big the bill it will be, however, I strongly believe that BestBuy played a big role for this event. I would not recommend using BestBuy service.

The dishwasher was not affixed to the kitchen furniture. Installers screwed the dishwasher to the side cabinet through the rubber gasket that ripped right away once we opened the appliance.
We went to Best Buy to signal the problem, we were assured that someone would call to fix the issue. it has been over a week now and we are still waiting.

First dishwasher delivered did not work. Realized when the second one was delivered that perhaps the dishwasher was working properly. It was installed with kink in line so as a safety measure it kept cutting out. New one works great.

Best Buy didn't install. Best Buy installer said I needed a plumber. Plumber was called and was not needed but installed the dishwasher since he was already doing some plumbing for me. $200 it cost me for the Best Buy installers lack of knowledge. I called Best Buy Total Tech number. They could care less. Recently, mentioned to an employee while purchasing a microwave. He basically said oh yeah, we had some trouble with that last year. So again, Best Buy could care less. $200 for a Total Tech Membership along with $200 for an install I shouldn't have had to pay for is a lot of money for me, But not for Best Buy. I just wanted my $200 plumbing install refunded. They denied me.

Installer did well installing the dishwasher. However, his personal interactions was extremely poor. Failed to introduce himself and any questions presented to him was answered in rude one syllable answers.......

My dishwasher was not installed upon delivery in November because of a change in the electrical code for dishwashers of which I was unaware. On my receipt, the delivery person wrote a note as to the reason why my purchase order should be left open until I contacted Best Buy. Time passes to February (electrical outlet replaced, one child quarantined for CoVid, then 2nd child quarantined because they didn’t get it, kitchen floor redone because of Ida damage) and I can finally have the dishwasher installed not to find my order had been closed as completed in January. In addition, the delivery guy did not leave the power cord.
Thank goodness for Ariana in Customer Service who took care of the issue by sending me the missing power cord and credit g me for the work not done. The contractor doing my house repairs will now natal it.

Absolutly terrible the crew they send to install look for any reason possible to not do the free install. They tried to charge me $200 to install a shut off valve and would not wait for me to do it myself even though I would have had it installed before they got the dishwasher installed.

When d8shwasher was delivered April 21st, plumbing was not complete due to delay in counter top instalation, rescheduled for April 28th. On thet date, no one showed up. Called Best.Buy and they didn't know what happened, nexy available time rescheduled for June 9th. When installers arrived, they refused to attempt install, tole me I needed to have an outlet installed and needed to get a drain hose extender, said the one that came with the dishwasher would be too short. I WOULD NEED TO RESCHEDULE. Next available date was July 21st. I had my contractor install the dishwasher the next day. The drain hose was long enough and he hard wired the dishwasher with the wire that was there from the previous dishwasher. Cost me $150 but I had been waiting 7 weeks and it would have been 6 more weeks.
