The installation process was a nightmare. I purchased 4 appliances in one purchase and as we know, a third party is contacted to install. The fridge was delivered first and the company to install the fridge was amazing. Professional, communicative, and on time. The next company that was set to deliver and install the other three appliances was the worst. After arriving 4 hours outside of the deliver window, they also left my dishwasher in the middle of the kitchen saying they would come back the next day to finish and they never returned! I was stuck calling everyone in town to finish the installation. What a huge headache! I would love to refer or request the first third party company and get the second company off the Best Buy installers list. Not who you want representing your company!

The first install was a disaster. The dishwasher got damaged and we had to re-order but they finally got it right.

Misleading, sales guy said that they do the electric hookup to the garbage disposal. When they delivered installers said thats not included. So I was charged for something that any diy person could have done. Not happy

Had a contract group come out and do the install. Was late showing up as usual. But once here worked very quickly.

Installers were nice. Actual installation was not satisfactory. Did not secure dishwasher to cabinet. Left door padding hanging from bottom of door. Left the kick plate 1” above floor; showing feet of unit in the gap.

Installers were nice but the unit was leaking the first time we used it and we found the inside of the door was damaged during installation. Called to have it fixed but it took over a week to get someone to fix it. Was a little inconvenient.

No demo, no wiping down of touched surfaces, the installers did not want to wear boot covers. The Best Buy video promised they would do each of these. Upon arrival, I asked the installer to wear the boot covers I offered. At first he refused because he didn’t want to slip. I assured him i had non slip boot covers, so he tried to put them on. He said they didn’t fit, but he would get his own from his truck. I don’t know why he didn’t bring his own covers in the first place. I thought the installation went smoothly, outside of having to wipe down surfaces myself and doing my own demo (I actually prefer that), but almost a month later, the dishwasher was leaking. For repair, I was transferred from Best Buy to Samsung. So unless you purchase a plan from Best Buy, don’t expect to be supported by them, even less than a month later.

They left a lot of extra tubing under the sink when they were done installation.

The installer first said he needed a part that he did not have. On his second visit he thought he had the correct part but when we turned it on water leaked under the sink. The third time he came with his superior who sent him out to get a part and the installation was finally successful. They were very kind and tried hard to do it correctly. It is now working fine and we are happy with it.

Although the two installers were very polite and professional, we discovered to our dismay that they did not know what they were doing. 2 days after the installation of our Bosch dishwasher, we had to have an authorized Bosch installer come out. He had to order Bosch hoses, which were covered by warranty, and then he had to return to install them. While he was doing that, he discovered that the previous installers had not correctly installed the electrical box, which could have been disastrous had any water touched it. He had to completely remove the dishwasher, fix the box, and reinstall it. This was NOT covered by the warranty, and cost us $366 for labor and parts. We love the dishwasher, just not the service. BEST BUY should be sure that their appliance installers are authorized to install high-end appliances such as Bosch .

The two men who installed the dishwasher seemed like they knew what they were doing friendly enough, but pricey!

First time, the installer did a poor job. The floor was damaged due to water leaking on to the wood as he had not completely tightened the water connections. The dishwasher was installed crookedly and would move a little. As I wasn't home at the time of installation, he also charged again for the installation kit which I had paid at the store along with the dishwasher and installation. I had to change the dishwasher as the dryer was not performing well. The second time, I was sent a different installer. Joel came on time and did a thorough job. The first installer had not only left the connection to the main line loose but he had also loosened a connection to an instant water heater. When I requested Joel to fix the issue, he refused to touch it as he wasnt allowed to touch anything that's not related to the dishwasher. I'm don't get why they won't fix an issue caused by a previous installer from the same company? I have filed a damage claim for the floor. Joel took pictures of the damaged floor and to date I have not heard back from them about the damaged floor or refund of the installation kit.

They guys were smoking marijuana while they were setting up my dishwasher. Speaking Spanish the entire time. Looking online to see how to do things. Was not at all confident that they knew what they were doing and don't like people getting high while they are supposed to be working. They reeked of marijuana smell when they came back in after taking out old dishwasher to the truck

Service Tech added another hundred to the original purchase, but the job was completed in a timely manner with no issues.

The installers were unable to remove the old dishwasher, claiming they tried everything. My husband allowed them to leave the dishwasher and we would reschedule installation once we removed part of the wood flooring. Once I arrived home, I lowered the legs and pulled out the old dishwasher from under the cabinet. We tried the installers, asking them to return, but they claimed they were done for the day and on their way home. We tried the Best Buy store, which connected us to the company for installation, and because the installers didn't show our installation to be rescheduled, we were able to do nothing until the next day. We tried both the installation company and Best Buy, even went to escalation dept. - and they claimed best they could do was a week later for installation! We ended up hiring a plumber to install the dishwasher. I read bad reviews before purchasing, and the manager in the appliance section assured me that they had a new installation company and there have been no issues...I should NEVER have believed him, and went with our own installation, as I was going to do.

Costly free installation. My free installation ended up costing $160, but other than that they did a good job
