Customers love the Dishwasher Install's overall performance, installation speed, and minimal noise level. Many customers mentioned leak prevention, capacity, and fit as additional benefits. However, some customers have reported issues with alignment and drainage. Overall, the positive feedback outweighs the negative.

Over promised and under delivered! Store sales person says one thing and install team says another. Was told by install team they had to install the dishwasher the same way the old one was installed. What if there was not a dishwasher there before...do you only install if somebody had a dishwasher before? No you will install still I am told. Install was not done properly and up to code. Now I have to pay a plumber or do the install properly myself.

10/10 I do not recommend. They don’t give you aheads up on what shutoff valve you need for your dishwasher, I needed a simple shutoff valve replacement in order for them to actually install the dishwasher but surprisingly they couldn’t do it. I’m not even sure why because most services would do what is necessary except them. so I had to have someone else come to my house to replace the valve and install the dishwasher.

Terrible experience with installation of my purchased dishwasher. First technician came and did anything and had to be rescheduled after an electrician "fixed" what needed to be fixed. They did not even take the old machine with them. During the second appointment day for just removal of the old machine since they did not have appointments for installation, the technician never showed after needing to coordinate for the electrician to be present at the same time. A building maintenance person was able to the the basic task of disconnecting the old machine (which the original best buy technician did not do) so that the electrician could do his work. I will be looking for a new company to do the installation as I have lost all trust with Best Buy's Geek Squad services and the local companies they employ to do the work.

The Geek squad is not as good as the independent contractor that Best Buy used for the first delivery. Here is what was different. didn't clean floor after pulling old dishwasher out, left water on the floor, didn't clean face of dishwasher like other, 1 man vs 2, not as friendly. I would still use Best Buy but they need to train their crew better.

The installing company (not Geek Squad) came to install my dishwasher and realized they didn't bring the right tools to install the dishwasher and so we made or so I thought made arrangements to install it the next week. I called Best Buy to ask when were they coming to install the dishwasher and was informed that they never submitted for them to come back out to install my dishwasher. Best Buy submitted for the installing company to come back and install it the next weekend. When the company came to my house they tried to make me pay them to install the dishwasher, when I told them that I paid Best Buy for them to install my dishwasher they told me they do not work for Best Buy and do contract work for Best Buy and said they were not going to do it until I paid them. I told them to take that up with Best Buy because I paid for installers to come out and install my dishwasher. He called his company and they told him to do the work. He didn't test it to make sure it worked or ask if I was satisfied with the work. He handed me the paper I needed to sign and left. Horrible experience!!!

Installers were unprofessional. Manager on the phone was extremely rude and used very shady tactics to try to get paid for an extra job. They actually asked my mom who was the only person home to leave and go to the bank and get them cash. So shady. Also, were trying to set up an additional charge only allowed to be paid in cash, saying a valve would break once they started the install. I would not move forward with them. Hired my own electrician to put in a gfi plug and completed the dishwasher install. Oh and of course no broken valve. Will never use install again and that was why I signed up for Total Tech. Total waste.

Installation went fine but we had a problem with initial operation so we called the technician five times and he never returned the calls so we had to go to the store to get it resolved. I technicians going to leave his card behind and indicates that we should call him if we had any problems and then when you do and he doesn’t return the call...that is horrible service
had two install appts but they did not install all

first appointment was with delivery of dishwasher and washer and dryer. we had moved in the day before. I told the installer that he could not run a test wash on the washer as there was a discharge pipe to be connected to the laundry sink. so he literally put the washer in place - did not plug it iin or hook up water lines. dryer was set up. pulled out the old dishwasher and proceeded to tell me that the pipe sizes were wrong and I needed a plumber to come out. So I did, paid $120 for a plumber to tell me there was nothing wrong. Called installer, new one came out again. told me the original installer should have said they WOULD not install, not COULD not install, that there was nothing WRONG with the setup, just that it was not to their standard. so, plumber came out again. $410 to swap out piping to sink. so this FREE installation because I upgraded to a more expensive machine as the salesman suggested, cost me more than the original one I wanted, even paying for installation. I had plumber install the dishwasher because who can afford to track 3 days off of work for this?

I was disappointed in the delivery and installation service. Product was rescheduled 3 times which stinks if you took time off from work.
When it finally arrived the installer just complained about pretty much everything.. Taking the old one out... running the hoses... Leveling it... At least he stayed and finished it rather than leaving it on my back porch
