Never again. installers almost set fire to my house. Another dishewasher had to be sent. giving it a 1 star because the option to give none is not allowed. Ugh

three call for set up delivery. three time cancelled or too late hours before delivery 3 days work lost waiting for them. I asked that not fully install unit. (getting new kitchen) when they left I saw that the KIT to install was not here. I called the driver as they left agreed they would send it to me. so far no no kit set. I have to add that my experience with ordering was terrible. Took 3 times to call both stores and 800 number . Really guys you cannot answer your phones? ordered in January delivery in march. w/o paper work left behind. I am happy with dishwasher . Added to the insults of loosing time have a billing error which seems that the credit depart does not have the time to handle, keep passing me on . i am ready to buy all new appliances but wonder oif Best buy wants my business.

didnt come out at agreed time and did not call to inform us. once here they did get it put in

Does not clean dishes the way it should. The silverware tray on the very top does not get clean all of the time

Installer came, pulled out dishwasher, snapped the copper fitting then left before I turned water back on. Had a leak everywhere and she said she could not come back for another week. Could not wait a week without water to the house so had to hire a plumber. Dishwasher is great. Geek squad install was not.

My dishwasher was discovered to be completely broken on the lower right side. The metal panel was busted off as well as some What looked to be hinge and pulley parts with maybe some electrical attached to them. The only way this happened could’ve been during the shipping process, the service guys didn’t notice until it was carried upstairs. I waited a month and a half to get that model dishwasher. I’m being told that the model is on back order for another month and a half. I even signed up for the Best Buy gift card to Get the deals and some percentage back since I have made quite a significant amount of purchases from Best Buy this year with all my appliance and electronics shopping.

Dishwasher ran once satisfactorily. Wouldn't start again. No power in the dishwasher. Have had multiple calls and a visit. On Mon. another worker is coming to see what's the issue. I'm having difficulty understanding the "hidden" buttons. The printed directions could be better.

The crew was knowledgeable and very quick. The main issue with the installation was when one of the crew member informed me that the dishwasher needed a plug point instead of hard wire for installation. The member said that he had an outlet with him but the installation charges would be $150. I did not know what the average cost for this would be so I said yes. The crew member finished the job and insisted that we had to pay in cash. At this point I was not going to argue with the crew and paid in cash. After they left I looked up the average cost and realized that I overpaid by a lot. This experience has left me with bad taste and I am not going to stay away from Best Buy installation in future.

The installer was a no call no show. Best Buy is contracting the installation and are doing their best to help

We were pretty satisfied by the installation but we would have prefered to get the installation kit before.

Install guy charged me a extra $100 for electric line was cut short when old unit was removed

The dishwasher installation was done improperly. When I run the sink the water flows into the dishwasher. I called Best Buy immediately. They told me that now that it has 1 year warranty, I have to call Samsung. I make a call and am put on hold for 2 hours. The call is open for two days and it gets cancelled. The reason ? They say that the product is out of warranty. After 1 week - the product is out of warranty? I am stuck with this situation with no one to help! Never going to best buy ever again

Garbage experience. First install was rescheduled twice. Dishwasher arrived damaged. Three days later I had to reschedule again because another one was damaged. Two days later same thing, damaged dishwasher. Finally after 2 weeks and an additional $600 charge for "plumbing and electrical updates" I have my dishwasher. Updates were needed because dishwashers start on fire now so electrical outlets need to be put under the sink, and of course plumbing had to be updated as well ($90 worth of parts and a hour worth of work for the low low price of $400)

I have had the installers out three times and I still don’t think they have installed the drain hose correctly. It’s a little concerning that the installers don’t even know the code for the state. Additionally, there has been no follow up to find out if the problem has been rectified?

Ordered with high hopes for an easy, quick installation. Installers arrived, measured opening, said: “won’t fit.” I pointed out that Bosch’s specifications and BestBuy’s web site showed the under-counter space was larger than the dishwasher and the installer responded, “Bosch and BestBuy lie on their web site.” Very, very disappointing. When I cancelled the order, my local store confirmed problems with the installer, but had no other options in the time I needed since my old dishwasher had failed. Hopefully, BestBuy found a more competent local installer.

The second installers were able to remove and install the new dishwasher. They did a Nice job. The first crew couldn't remove the old dishwasher. I had to have my handyman stop by to remove the dishwasher. Better training is required for the third party dishwasher installers.

I am sad to say that the install was not so good. The guy told me my shutoff valve was broken. I called a plumber and there was nothing wrong wuth the valve i requested that this guy not come back and they sent him anyway. Then he tells me the brand new dishwasher was broken and he had to order a new one. I requested again that they send someone else. The same guy comes back. They were suppose to haul away my old dishwasher and for some strange reason it was not in the work order. I had 2 diahwashers sitting in my dining room for 2 weeks. I was not a happy customer.

They did not install the dishwasher flush with cabinets. They came back out and said they couldn’t move it back any farther. The dishwasher they took out was the same machine but with a handle and told us we had to contact Best Buy to get the issue resolved. The machine was flush with cabinets but when they came back and installed the dishwasher wiyhout the handle they left it 1 7/8 inches outside the cabintes. They came back and said they couldn’t get it flush but for some reason they didn't remove the dishwasher to see why.

We discovered three weeks after our installation that the dishwasher was leaking through to our lower level. When installer came out to fix, he determined that the install kit was faulty, but his boss would not let him fix the problem. Original install was fine, but the follow-up when the problem was discovered has been disappointing.
