Customers love the Dishwasher Install's overall performance, installation speed, and minimal noise level. Many customers mentioned leak prevention, capacity, and fit as additional benefits. However, some customers have reported issues with alignment and drainage. Overall, the positive feedback outweighs the negative.

Best Buy subbed the job out to another company. They removed trim pieces and did not replace them. The machine is loose in the space. I had to have the come out on the warranty o "fix" it. He said that despite the fact that I have a three year warranty that the next call will not be covered because it was improperly installed. In addition, I was actually double billed for the installation both by Best buy and their subbed out contractor. They did not remove the old machine - I paid for removal and disposal. It took some 6 months to get anyone to listen about the double billing and eventually I had to pay to have the city remove the old one from the side of my home. Ridiculous.

The worst experience ever. We waited for 2 weeks for the installation and when they came, they said they couldn't install the dishwater and that we need to call somebody to drill a hole on our granite countertop for the air gap. The guy that hauled away the old dishwasher even damage the water valve and the pvc pipe underneath the counter sink. I was so disappointed with those guys. If I have known it in the first place, we should have installed the dishwasher ourselves. These are not the Geek guys but outside contractors that was hired by Best Buy.

After being repeatedly told that our installation window was between 12 and 3:00 p.m., the third party in store called the night before to inform us that they've changed it to 8-11. When I inform them that this was not possible due to other previously made commitments, the company remained in different. After 24 hours of back and forth, the company has gone incognito and so has Best Buy. We are noa almost 4hours beyond the specified delivery window and no one returns our calls or texts This has to be the most shoddy and unprofessional service I've ever experienced.

Outside vendor used by Best Buy. Was immediately that to have them install the dishwasher, they would have to change the shutoff valve size and by a different hose from them. Was told it would cost an additional $175.00 for the to do it, or they could leave it uninstalled. Agreed to pay the additional charge to their business. Installation was poor and and uneven at countertop. Also, had recently installed high end LVT which the installer scuffed up.’when I pointed it out the installer denied that they did it and was rudely adamant about it. Luckily, the scuffs buffed out.

Really disgusted I purchased a dishwasher and a washing machine and they were to be delivered and installed. However neither was installed and I had to pay a plumber $500.00 to install both items. I think I should be compensated both sets of technicians didn’t want to install It was too much for them. They came from the east coast and said they didn’t have time. I will never purchase appliances at Best Buy again. I have three homes in Naples and need to upgrade appliances. Very disappointed

Terrible. The 1st dishwasher arrived with broken gasket and needed to be replaced. The 2nd dishwasher arrived in I was told that it also needed to be replaced because it was dented on the side. The Installer failed to notify the store so after a few weeks I went into the store and had to reorder it. I must say that the sales people in the store are extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. But what do I have to do to get a dishwasher that works and is not damaged? I am now waiting for the delivery of the 3rd dishwasher and hopefully this will be the charm. I must say that everyone has been extremely nice and very helpful but this is really becoming a handful.

TO BE CLEAR. THIS REVIEW IS ON THE LOUSY INSTALLATION PERFORMED BY BEST BUY AND NOT ON THE SAMSUNG DISHWASHER. Here we are 1 year later and having issues with the dishwasher. When the service technician came to work the issue, we discovered that our 3-prong plug installed by Best Buy had the grounding plug removed; ie broken off. Instead of removing that defective plug and putting in a new one, they left the broken plug attached and just plugged it into the wall. It just goes to show you that you need to inspect everything when it get installed,

A total disaster! Initial installation could not be completed because dishwasher being replaced had an old valve. Installer said Best Buy would help coordinate with bldg management fot water shut off, and once the date was established the same i stalkers wojld come with necessary valve and permits. Best Buy not only dif not called but made an absolute mess anddnfinally I cancelled the whole thing and kept my old dishwasher. A complete waste of time and energy teyng to coordinate and qhen someone finally came they had no valve, no permits, nothing!

The first installer took one look underneath our old dishwasher and told us we needed an adapter for the water hose and that he could not install until we got one. It took us a couple of weeks to get a second installation set up. When the second installer came out he flatly told us he could not install the dishwasher the way our kitchen was set up. We understood that we do not have the typical dishwasher next to the sink configuration in our kitchen, so installation was a challenge. My husband and I ended up installing it ourselves. We really wish the first installer had just told us up front that they couldn't do the installation instead of the whole thing dragging out for a couple of weeks. At least we were to get free installation, so didn't have to pay to install it ourselves.

Worst experience ever! Bought the dishwasher with free installation. They couldn't install the first time because they would not take out 4 screws for the movable shelf because hey said they were not carpenters. I would have done it myself except I had a broken wrist. They left me without a dishwasher for another 8 days leaving me in quite a bind with a broke wrist. They gave me a "person to call" at Best Buy to resolve the issue and he was not there and would not return my calls. I talked to others there and they said they would leave him a message. I had to take off work again to get it installed. When it was installed it turned out to be the wrong dishwasher. I asked for some compensation of 10% off the dishwasher because of my experience. The guy said he would talk about it with the store and if course never called me again.

The installation crew did not level the dishwasher, hot wired the dishwasher instead of installing an outlet for the plug and discarded
the overflow pan and some insulation which resulted in the dishwasher not working due to an error code that kept turning the dishwasher off. Another installer was sent who was excellent. He leveled the dishwasher, installed an outlet and got the dishwasher to work, however, Best Buy sent a completely new unit a few days later because the overflow pan was unobtainable. That unit was installed on 8/3/21 by the same excellent service person, Rafael
Boroquez, and has been working perfectly.

I would put zero if it were a choice. Best Buy told me this was a free install as a Total Tech customer. The first thing the installer tells me is he needs $60 up front to do the installation. I needed the install so I paid the guy. Went to the store to complain and was told they wouldn't address the situation. The manager refused to take any action and was unwilling to even discuss the outright false claims that were still hanging in the store.
Total Tech? Total Lie!
