We have tried 3 or 4 times to have them come finish up the dishwasher. Gets scheduled and cancelled. Frustrating!

First trip to install went wonderful, second trip because electric was not properly done. Two weeks ago city inspector found that they had not installed a part required by code. No word as yet when this will be rectified.

Best Buy broke my garbage disposal when installing a new dishwasher. The guy said the connector ‘just fell in his hand.’ Hired a plumber who had to install a new disposal. Said the installation guy did not use care. Can’t get any response from Best Buy. Overseas call center where it’s obvious they’re reading from a script and can’t actually help you. Gave me an email to make a claim and still have NO RESPONSE two weeks later. Won’t shop here again with this lack of customer support.

The first installers did not install the dishwasher properly and i had to ask for someone else to come out and fix it.

The person lied to staring the electrical was not up to code and that the cabinet would fall on him if he removed it another lie! The cabinet is sturdy and did not fall on the individual i called to install it. They lied because they were lazy and ready to go home! I had to pay someone else. I deserve a gift card for the aggravation and the wait time.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with the install. The dishwasher was broken on the first trip, they didn't have the right parts on the second, couldn't get it out on the third and on and on... Will not be going back for future appliances.

The installation people were very nice. But, I am not sure they set it right. Makes a loud noise when you close it with just a normal push. Afraid it could break dishwasher.

I gave one star for the person bringing the dishwasher in. Other than that, no stars. The person claimed there was not enough room to install the dishwasher! His own measurement showed one eighth inch clearance, and that was in addition to the three parquet floor squares I told him it was o k to take up as I was getting new floor. The dishwasher was subsequently installed by others with no issues. In this case, Beast Buy was not best.

The first team that installed the dishwasher did not push it in all the way. You could see rubber on the outsides of the cabinet. The door did not lay flat. Another team came and reinstalled it correctly. Overall I would not recommend this dishwasher. Quiet but not as much room on the bottom rack as my previous dishwasher

i was never able to use my free install, the vendors that BB uses does not accomodate airbnb schedule

BestBuy Delivery and Installation are 2 separate services. So BestBuy sets up the Install team to arrive and install my 4 appliances, BEFORE the Delivery team, by about 2 hours. The Install team then cancels, as there is nothing to install. The Install team then "re-schedules" the install for 10 days later. SHOULD have recognized the totall FAIL, and gotten another team over there ASAP, instead of keeping me waiting for another week and a half.

It worked one time, then stopped. A repairman came out and said it was defective, and they would call us about a replacement. They never called. We called them and spent hours on the phone, they said they would call us in two days with info about delivering a new dishwasher. They never called. There is no service to be had!!!! And no replacement dishwasher! Merry Christmas! What can we do?

The installation was set up for 2/3. Received text messages 3 days in a row saying it was scheduled for 2/3 but no one showed. I had to make a phone call to find out it was cancelled. Was never notified by text or phone. We arranged our day around this installation. Very disappointed, don’t know if we want to deal with Best Buy in the future. In addition, have already been billed!!

The dishwqsher was poorly installed-scratched it and didn't level it

The dishwasher itself was great. The installation awful. It took 2 visits and was still done incorrectly and not according to manufacturer specifications. I ended up following the installation instructions and doing it myself. BestBuy subcontracts to 3rd parties to do their installs and there is virtually no oversight or quality control. Buyer beware!

My first experience was awful - done by a 3rd party. The second experience with the fixed dishwasher was great - performed by The Geek Squad. I highly recommend asking for any installations to be performed by the Geek Squad!!!

Dishwasher was installed incorrectly ($191 after tax). I had to pay a plumber to remove and reinstall (so I payed for the removal and installation twice). The plumber found unsafe wiring. Bestbuy said they would review it and I never heard back. On my second attempt, they said they could not issue a credit because the transaction was complete. They offered to mail me a gift card for $100, about 1/2 the cost. They didn't give me the option of loading the gift card into my account, so now I have to keep track of the card until I need something from Bestbuy.

The arrived a bit late and when they did, they ended up taking the wrong dishwasher off the truck. They had it half installed when I looked and realized it was the wrong one. They had to take it back out and get the right one.

The team that came to install my appliance order did not have the correct tools to install the dishwasher. I have been unable to get Best Buy to send a replacement competent team. I have been unable to get them to refund the install price. I paid for the dishwasher in February. It arrived in May. It is now August and it is still in its box in my garage.

Broke some trim work doing the install said sorry and charged me 150 Xtra on the install because they did not want to hard wire it
