Dishwasher was not installed properly. Did not install underneath counter as needed.

The dishwasher was installed but the biggest problem I had was it being installed by a third party. The dishwasher must have been sitting in a cold truck overnight or for days as when it showed up and they tried to run the first cycle on it, it wouldn't work. Turns out there was a block of ice inside the dishwasher drain and had to thaw out for use. Plus for some reason there was other moisture on the inside.

Dishwasher is fine but the install was a challenge to coordinate. Spent hours on something that should have been minutes.

I thought it was expensive and facet was loose after installation. I should have checked everything before installer left.

Was not installed correctly and hose was punched behind dishwasher. Then it leaked on our hardwoods and damaged them. Thankfully my husband can fix things and got it figured out.

This was a terrible experience. They came and said they couldn't install the machine without additional hoses and told me they could either leave it and it would have to be rescheduled or leaved it and it could be installed the next day. I had it left and they couldn't install it for several days. When they came back they didn't need the additional hoses.

If my husband wasn't home, dishwasher would not have been installed. Installers did not have proper adapter needed to connect. Went to store to buy the part and got the wrong one. Had to go back again.

The installer indicated that the seller did not include all the necessary parts for the installation. We offered to look for them immediately to which he refused. He said he better come back in a few days. I agree on a date and he didn’treturn. Again he indicate another date. We are still waiting for the installation.

The screws that were used to install the dishwasher to the counter top came lose after the first use. The dishwasher was not leveled, when the screws came lose the dishwasher tilted to the back. Had to reinstall the dishwasher and level it correctly. The clamp that was connected to the drain hose was not tightened enough and was leaking water onto the cabinet under the sink. Will not be paying for anymore installations from Best Buy.

If I could give 0 I would . All he had to do was swap the old for the new, took him five hours brought two huge toolboxes in and a fan he set on the counter he had me clear off for it took over half of my day when it only should’ve taken maybe an hour or two at the most ridiculous

The guys installed my new appliances fairly quickly but weren't very courteous. They also tried to keep install kits that I paid for and use existing hardware or vice versa. Had to ask for my water line back.

I was supposed to get my new dishwasher and Microwave installed the same day. The third party installers dropped my dishwasher, that I needed, and then refused to install it because it was damaged. Damage they caused. They reported the unit defective and it made me more made because they didn’t take responsibility for it. I had to wait a whole week to have a new crew installed my replacement washer.

LC code on the dishwasher, install team clueless. Just left appliance in my house installed and told me to talk to Best Buy

Put dents in my washer and dryer, and didn't hook the dryer up all the way

2 weeks after the install, the new dishwasher had no power and quit mid cycle. I had to call Bosch and get a warranty repair person to come out to the house. Best Buy was not able to send someone out for over a week. Turns out the wires in the junction box were not connected securely and had come loose. Given that I paid $149 for the install, I am not happy. I will shop at my local appliance store from now on. Dishwasher is great, by the way.

The initial price was already a bit high but decided to go with it anyways. Then the day before the installation I get a call verifying the date and then she tells me that there will be an additional permit fee of like 50 and if it’s a certain kind of wiring that it would be an additional permit of like 50! Just ridiculous! I ended up cancelling my installation and doing it myself!

Installer broke my pipes and they have not reimbursed me cor hiring a plumber to fix the broken pipe.

One of the reasons we ordered this particular brand was that free installation was part of the offer. Turns out this old house has never had one, & installers aren't the ones who prep things to make a connection possible...still needed plumbing changed & an electric outlet installed for the dishwasher first. So for any other newbies out there, dishwasher installing only consists of potential removal of an older dishwasher & connecting (& balancing) machine to preexisting hoses etc...still potentially helpful, but not at all helpful for us. ( One star based on our scenario)

Not user friendly. Large or small bowls do not fit unless it takes one quarter of the rack space. Keep slots uniform to accommodate more items

Nitwits you sent out said they couldn’t install since recently installed floor was too high. They told us we had to pull up the floor boards around the dishwasher. Bull! we paid for an installer to come and they had no problem. Thank God we didn’t listen to your guys.,It would have cost over a thousand to install.
