The total tech membership is highly recommended. Why worry when you can have a team with you just in case anything happens m. Pretty simple to me.

Totally worth the price, thought it was too expensive at 199, but it has paid for itself in 2 months. Also got my computer cleaned up with a anti-virus thru this totaltech

This is the Best (no pun intended) membership that I have ever signed up for!!! Not just a fan, but a lifer!!!

We purchased this for two $1500 plus apple computers in Dec. 2021. It didnt automatically renew as initially set up for because our credit carc was stolen/lost so we got sent a new one and totally forgot we had the protection and uodate our credit card number. The protection expired in January 2023. Our computer that was just over a year old with minimal use on it stopped turning on in February 2023 at which time we realized the protection expired. Best Buy Sioux Falls is no help with this protection they sell it but thats it they have nothing to do with it and can offer no help with it--they give you the toll free number to call which we did. We were told that we could purchase the protection again and it would cover our devices so we paid for the protection again. Then we get a call from either apple care or best buy not even sure because they pass you from one company to another. Was told the protection we purchased will not cover our computer. Explained we specifically qsked such and was told it would so then they say well call this toll free number and check as we arent authorized to do repair with this protection. Called number again told yes your protection covers it so they gave me a reference number this time. Called back to the other person gave the reference number and said it is covered. She looked and said no we wont cover this---so the number she told me to call tells me yes we will cover it and they even give a reference number for the documentation and the lady says no we wont cover even though she previously said she is not authorized to do anything! In addition they were telling me the computer was basically just a lemon and needed to have 2 different parts replaced costing over $700. Took it to a local computer store and they said it had never been opened and there was 1 part to replace $175. Best buy, total tech, apple, applecare is a joke!! They all pass the buck between them.

By having this was a big help to my very old iMac to try to get fix. I was under the impression when I purchased it was for 2 years, so what’s the deal with 1 year now?

This was truly a good investment. The purchases I made and having this membership was a great savings on warranty protection

I love the unlimited geek squad support, having this membership makes me feel good about purchasing electronics at best buy

I have used total tech alot in the past couple of weeks. They have installed two televisions and mounted them as requested. I would highky recommend this for the value alone.

This membership is a real value to include your protection on your purchases, also professional installation of any product that needs to be installed

I really need the tech support and could not get by without Totaltech membership

If it weren't for Geek Squad I would be throwing away all my electronic items. When I have no idea what the problem is they come to the rescue.

We think the total tech membership is worth it, we’ve had tv and soundbars installed as well as general tech support.

The membership is a definite must to have! The Geek Squad alone is worth the yearly membership from delivering, installing, and instructions on use it can’t be beat.
