My Best Buy Total membership is a good tool to have. Having just purchased a new computer, the gentlemen with the Geek Squad at the Downingtown store were very knowedgeable, helpful and got everything transferred without any issues.

I like that you automatically get a 2 year warranty on everything you buy.

It's like having insurance. The people working in this area are really great. My only complaint is it can be hard to get an immediate appointment when you need to get help immediately. The membership is more expensive than I like, as we've seldom used it. Instead of increasing the price each year, a discount should be given as a reward for renewing. But it's good to know it's there if we need it. A bonus for us is we live a half mile away from our Best Buy.

Honestly while i do not live ina city or town thay has a Best buy it certainly has some real good deals. I wouls be buying kitchen appliances and other goodies

With this yearly membership, it definitely helps for the long run. I had to fix my PC tower and it cuts down the price by a lot, plus it gives me warranty for my future purchases and repair.

Great service. This is such a good service for those of us that aren’t 2100% tech savvy. It’s quick and efficient. I would recommend this since to anyone that has tech needs, repair or just questions about products. It is fair priced

Honestly, it seems expensive at first. But the amount of value you get for this is honestly incredible. You get free apple care plus on any apple device you purchase on that account. You get free full service on any PC you register under your account. You get a 2 month return period for anything including Apple products. The value in this is a lot more than you think.

As an “older” person, I have limited tech expertise … make that NO tech expertise. Both the Best Buy and the Geek Squad staff were super helpful and not condescending in the least.

For me this is a great value. I have already saved money on having it. Paid for itself. Member prices, deals, plus unlimited Geek Squad support are great. For example my Mac pro came with the Apple care free as did some other perks for 3-4 months. My dishwasher with a good price, was installed for free to include the kit and haul away. There is no problem exchanging something if you feel you needed something else or it is faulty/broken. Also, love the peace of mind of getting protection plans on the purchases. I have recommended this plan to several other friends, who are very happy with it.

The membership was really convenient to switching over my info from my old computer to my new and the geek associate was knowledgeable and helpful.
