Well worth the price. The Geeks are great. They transferred everything thing from my old laptop to my new one. They made sure it was just what I wanted.

yearly subsciption is reasonable and the techs respond perfectly to repair situations

As a total tech member, I’ve use the service at least three or four times in the month that I’ve had it. They’re there for user error questions as well as device issues.

The team was very helpful, there was an issue with transferring my data from my old computer to the new one and they tried very hard to resolve it and came up with a solution. The only issue reason I give 4 stars is bc u cannot get in touch with any human in the store u are working with. This is NOT the employees fault. It is a Best Buy thing where their phone # goes to a service and will not allow you to talk directly to geek squad team. They “take messages” and emails to “get back to u” this is frustrating. You literally cannot call Best Buy and speak to a human. Besides geek squad also just the store in general. Again this has no reflection upon the staff who are all awesome and helpful and knowledgeable. This is beyond their control.

The best thing to have if you have a lot of electronics or buying tv's or applicances. Can't beat free delivery and set up, plus call anytime for troubles or how to's

The Geek Squad is worth every penny. My new washer and dryer were installed and my old set was taken by them. They even showed me how my new machines worked.
