    I got the membership because I'm nervous about wall mounting a big expensive TV on my own. I ordered the TV a month ago. It still hasn't been delivered or installed. I'm in the mountains in Colorado. The first delivery and install date it had snowed in Denver the day before. The day of the install, the roads were fine. It hadn't even snowed up here in the mountains, but they cancelled the delivery and install anyway. The roads were fine. So then the next soonest delivery and install date was 2 weeks later, which is today. And guess what. It snowed an inch or two in Denver and the mountains, so they cancelled the delivery and install again. IT'S COLORADO. Buy some snow tires for the van that does the once a week delivery and installs in the mountains. The roads are fine again today. The suns out, the skies are blue, the roads are a little wet from melting snow. But Nope, wayyyyyy too risky to drive up to the mountains and deliver and install the TV. I guess I need to wait until it's 75 with a soft breeze (nothing more then 3mph), 0 humidity, and dry as a bone. But then there will probably be forest fire danger and it would still be too risky. There is 0 reason they can't come up and deliver and install the TV. It's an absolute joke. "When traction laws are in effect on I70 we cancel all the deliveries." It's Colorado. Outfit one delivery van to be able to handle a tiny bit of snow. This is no 8"+ storm with I70 at a crawl. It's 2". It's melted. The roads are fine. There's no traffic. It would take the same amount of time to drive up here as any other day. So now the next soonest delivery and install date they can get me in for is 3 weeks away. Pathetic. So I'm going to cancel the delivery and install because it's obviously too much of a hassle for the Geek Squad to handle. I'll just go pick up the TV myself.... which won't be available for pickup for another WEEK (god knows why) And then install it myself. And because I got the membership, the delivery and install was included, so I can't even get reimbursed for that. But that's the main reason I bought the membership. I figured they'd try to help me out and be at least somewhat urgent. But no, people who made orders a month after I did and who are blessed with 2 sunny days in a row before their delivery and install dates are going to get their purchases delivered and installed before I do. And I get to do it myself now. Thanks Best Buy!

    Membership offers great value for a variety of products; 24/7 365 support if required, since most of my electronics are from Best Buy it's a great option to have.

    We bought total tech when we got two new appliances - microwave and washing machine. It was nice to save money on the installation of these two appliances. We were able to return the washing machine up to 60 days which saved us a lot of money since we had issues with it about 40 days in.
