Geek Squad is the best for any computer needs in service or questions. They are outstanding in helping this senior to get her computer fixed and explain what happened.

We bought total tech when we got two new appliances - microwave and washing machine. It was nice to save money on the installation of these two appliances. We were able to return the washing machine up to 60 days which saved us a lot of money since we had issues with it about 40 days in.

The service is great the first year and purchase. After that first initial purchase is almost pointless and you have to pay to get the TV mounted again. It sucked because I loved and the best buy rep told me that I would be able to get my TV mounted however many times I wanted. I do very much enjoy the products though. Just buy the membership so much.
